Clinical Observation On Xuanbi Decoction In Treating IgA Nephropathy Patients With Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xuanbi Decoction on Ig A nephropathy patients with damp-heat syndrome,to provide new methods and new ideas for the treatment of Ig A nephropathy.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into observation group(30cases)and control group(30cases)using the random number table method.Both groups were given conventional Western medical treatment,The observation group took Xuanbi Decoction.Both groups were observed for 8 weeks.The 24 h urine protein quantification(24h UTP),red blood cell count of urinary sediment(URBC),serum creatinine(Scr),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and TCM symptoms score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.SPSS26.0 software was used for data processing and analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuanbi Decoction in Ig A nephropathy patients with damp-heat Ig A nephropathy.Results:(1)24h UTP,URBC: After treatment,24 h UTP and URBC levels in the observation group decreased(P < 0.01),and they were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Renal function indexes: after treatment,Scr level decreased(P<0.05)and e GFR level increased(P<0.05)in the observation group,none of the renal function indexes was significantly different compared with the control group(P>0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score level in the observation group decreased(P<0.01),and was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)Efficacy of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group,which was better than that in the control group(23.3%)with a significant difference(P<0.05).(6)Curative effect: the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%,which was better than that of the control group(76.7%),with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of Ig A nephropathy patients with damp-heat syndrome,using Xuanbi Decoction can effectively reduce urine protein and urine red blood cells,reduce inflammatory reaction,stabilize renal function,improve patients’ TCM symptoms,improve patients’ quality of life,improve clinical efficacy of Ig A nephropathy and delay the progression of the disease.
