TCM Literature Study On Postpartum Alopecia

Objective: The phenomenon of postpartum hair loss is very common in clinical practice,and more and more people pay attention to it.The purpose of this paper is to collect the content of postpartum hair loss scattered in the literature of traditional Chinese medicine,and to analyze the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,prescription,development and evolution of postpartum hair loss,which is helpful to the theoretical development and clinical practice of postpartum hair loss.In the light of the past,this paper looks for the diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods conducive to modern postpartum hair loss from the ancient literature on hair loss.Research methods: Through library,China National Knowledge Network(WWW.CNKI.NET),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service platform(HTTPS:/WWW.WANFANGDATA.COM.CN/)and Chinese Medical Code(5th edition),Wenyuan Pavilion Four Library Complete book(electronic edition),Super Star Huiya electronic library and other electronic resources channels to access a large number of documents and materials.Understand postpartum hair loss related knowledge;At the same time,the collected internal and external prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum hair loss,such as hair growth and long hair,were sorted out and entered,and the data were standardized.Data tables were established and data mining software SAS and SPSS model 18.0 were used Cluster analysis,complex network analysis and association rule analysis of postpartum alopecia related prescriptions were carried out to find out the law of high frequency drugs and compatibility,in order to preliminally infer the law of medication for postpartum alopecia disease.The research results:1.Through research,it can be found that there is little content on postpartum hair loss in the past dynasties,but the theories on postpartum hair loss are consistent,starting from the understanding of hair and postpartum women’s physique,the theory of postpartum hair loss is formed,and then the theory of postpartum hair loss is mature and gradually developed.2.This study included a total of 263 prescriptions for treating postpartum hair loss such as hair growth and long hair,of which 101 were taken internally,involving 210 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.There were 163 external prescriptions,involving 146 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of drug use reached 1434 times.Among the related prescriptions for postpartum hair loss treatment,the high-frequency drugs of internal prescription were angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,cooked rehmannia,polygonum multiflorum,and licorice,etc.Association rule analysis found that Radix paeoniae radix Rehmannia was frequently used,and cluster analysis found that the highfrequency drugs were Baizhushou,Zeilan,Sangju,Duhua,and rosin Let’s wait.The relevant prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum hair loss were Angelica dahuricae,Manchia,Lingxiang,aconite,parsnips,etc.The association rule analysis found that Angelica Xinyi was frequently used,and the cluster analysis found that the high-frequency drugs were black sesame,psoralen,papaya,pleurodendron leaf,peach kernel,etc.Research conclusion:1.The causes of postpartum hair loss include lack of qi and blood,deficiency of liver and kidney Yin,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity-blocking,blood deficiency and excessive wind.The symptoms are classified into Qi-blood deficiency type,liver-kidney Yin deficiency type,Qi-blood stasis type,phlegm-turbidity-blocking type,blood-deficiency wind-excessive type and so on.The cause of this disease is that the production of qi injury blood or postpartum thinking too much,the body can not get enough rest,resulting in the loss of qi and blood biochemical source,kidney essence deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,hair nutrition deficiency,resulting in postpartum hair loss.Postpartum hair loss is more than deficiency and blood stasis,the syndrome of deficiency and accumulation.2.Through the data analysis of related prescriptions for postpartum hair loss,it is concluded that the compatibility of prescriptions for postpartum hair loss is mainly deficiency tonifying drugs,which is consistent with the essential attributes of the disease,and different drugs are selected according to different methods of use,that is,the internal administration of prescriptions is mostly to enhance blood flow,promote blood circulation and nourish Yin on the basis of tonifying liver and kidney.The external prescription mostly achieves the therapeutic effect by clearing heat,relieving surface,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and promoting qi,which embodies the therapeutic principle of treating according to the syndrome and treating with syndrome differentiation.
