Objective:To study the virtual reality platform for visual perceptions of anisometropia amblyopia patients the effect of three-dimensional visual function,and offers of anisometropia amblyopia treatment.Methods:41 patients with anisometropia amblyopia who received treatment in the Department of Ophthalmology of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the experimental group,including 20 patients with myopic anisometropia amblyopia(34 eyes)and 21 patients with hyperopia amblyopia(30 eyes).All patients were trained by virtual reality visual sensory perception platform for one year.The basic information of the patients and the best corrected visual acuity and visual function before and after treatment were recorded,and the treatment effect and visual function recovery of the patients with myopic anisometropia amblyopia and hyperopia anisometropia amblyopia were analyzed respectively.Anisometropia amblyopic patients selected by training after eyes best corrected visual acuity 21 cases(42 eyes)as the experimental group,and at the same time in the open hole of Guangdong Province People’s Hospital for a medical examination of visual acuity 0.8 18 cases(36 eyes)as the control group,experimental group and control group before and after treatment of three-dimensional visual function were analyzed,To evaluate the value of virtual reality visual perception platform in the treatment of stereopsis in patients with anisometropia amblyopia.Results:1.The therapeutic effect of virtual reality visual perception platform on stereopic function in patients with myopic anisometropic amblyopia.(1)Treatment effect of patientsThe overall effective rate of the treatment was 85.29%,among which the obvious effect was 58.82%,the effective rate was 26.47%and the ineffective rate was 14.71%.(2)Changes of binocular best corrected visual acuity and binocular equivalent spherical difference before and after treatment.The mean value of the best corrected visual acuity in both eyes after treatment was 0.81±0.18,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean value of equivalent spherical lens difference was-6.35±1.25D after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Changes in fine stereoscopic vision,dynamic stereoscopic vision and large range of stereoscopic vision before and after treatment.Eleven patients(55.0%)had fine stereopsis after treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fifteen patients(75.0%)had dynamic stereovision after treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,20 patients(100%)had a wide range of stereopsis,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The therapeutic effect of virtual reality visual perception platform on stereopic function of patients with hypertropia amblyopia.(1)Treatment effect of patients.After treatment,the overall effective rate was 70.00%,among which the obvious effect was 56.67%,the effective rate was 13.33%and the ineffective rate was 30.00%.(2)Changes of binocular best corrected visual acuity and binocular equivalent spherical difference before and after treatment.The mean value of optimal corrected visual acuity in both eyes after treatment was 0.80±0.15,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean value of equivalent spherical lens difference between the two eyes was+3.70±2.03D,and the difference before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Changes in fine stereopsis,dynamic stereopsis and wide range of stereopsis function before and after treatment.After treatment,13 patients(61.9%)had fine stereopsis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,13 patients(66.7%)had dynamic stereovision,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Twenty-one patients(100%)had wide range of stereopsis after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of stereoscopic function in patients with anisometropic amblyopia after training between those with optimal corrected binocular vision and those with normal vision.(1)Binocular visual acuity of the two groups.The mean value of optimal corrected visual acuity in both eyes of the experimental group was 0.97±0.90,and the mean value of binocular naked visual power in the control group was 1.01±0.85.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of stereoscopic function between the two groups.In the experimental group,there were 14 patients(66.7%)with fine stereopsis,and in the control group,there were 18 patients(100%)with fine stereopsis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 15 patients(71.4%)in the experimental group and 18 patients(100%)in the control group with dynamic stereoscopy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were 20 patients with a wide range of stereopsis(100%),and in the control group,there were 18 patients with a wide range of stereopsis(100%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Virtual reality visual sensory perception platform has a good application value in patients with anisometropia amblyopia,which can significantly improve the visual acuity level of patients and improve the stereoscopic vision function of patients.It can play an important role in the treatment of amblyopia,which is worth promoting and applying.During the treatment,the stereoscopic function of some patients with standard vision may not be fully recovered.The reason may be that the rehabilitation training time is too short,so the rehabilitation training time of patients with stereoscopic function should be appropriately extended in the clinical treatment process.In the treatment of amblyopia in the future,clinical workers should take stereoscopic function test as an important indicator to evaluate the therapeutic effect of amblyopia,so that the improvement of vision and the recovery of visual function can promote each other,so as to achieve better and stable therapeutic effect of amblyopia.
