Microbial secondary metabolites are an important source of drugs such as antibiotics.Due to the different ecological environment from land, natural products of marine microbial origin are even more unique in terms of their molecular backbone as well as excellent biological activity. In this thesis, two strains of marine-related fungi or actinomycetes were selected for the study, and the secondary metabolites produced by these strains were isolated, identified, and studied for their activity after amplification and culture. The compounds were also investigated for their anti-influenza virus activity.Twenty compounds were isolated from Trichoderma sp.T-4-1 fungus of Shenzhen mangrove soil origin, one of which was a new compound(1);nine compounds were isolated from Penicillium sp.Z16 fungus of Nansha surf zone sediment origin, one of which was a new compound(21).In addition, two compounds were isolated from Shenzhen mangrove soil-derived strain SBT6-2(31,32);two compounds were isolated from Shenzhen mangrove leaf endophyte strain SBY8-1(18,30);and three compounds were isolated from fresh fecal strain FZS-12 of African lion from Guangzhou Zoo(33-35).The compounds were tested for activity against influenza A viruses using a cytopathic decay method and the compound 15 was selected for antiviral activity against A/Puerto Rico/8/34(H1N1),A/FM/1/47 mouse-adapted virus strain,699(H3)clinical isolate,A/Puerto Rico/8/34 NA-H274Y mutant strain, influenza B strain and others, the activity data were 1.25±0.35,2.41 ± 0.49,1.36 ± 0.54,2.56 ± 0.09,and 1.88 ± 0.14μM,respectively. |
