Study On Network Pharmacological Predictionof Active Compounds Of Mongolian Medicine Commiphoramyrrha And Xanthocerais Lignumand Its Chemical Composition

Commiphoramyrrha and Xanthocerais Lignum are common medicinal materials for Mongolian medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis.The crickets and flavonoids are the main chemical components of Commiphoramyrrha and Xanthocerais Lignum.At the same time,it was found that fragrant compounds,lignenide compounds,steroidal compounds,and sugar compounds,but their anticoic rheumatoid arthritis substances are still unclear.In this thesis,molecular docking technique and network pharmacological methods were used to predict the anti-rheumatoid arthritis components of Mongolian medicines Commiphoramyrrha and Xanthocerais Lignum,and the chemical components of two kinds of medicinal materials were isolated,purified and identified.The results provide experimental basis for further development and application of above Mongolian medicines.The main contents are as follows:1.The antirheumatoid arthritis activity of Commiphoramyrrha and Xanthocerais was predicted.The chemical ingredients of Commiphoramyrrha and Xanthocerais were sorted out,and 16 compounds were selected by network pharmacology.It may be acting on target protein Mapk3,Mapk1,EGFR,SRC,HSP90AA1,etc.Regulating the expression of PD-L1 in cancer and PD-1 checkpoint,neurological ligand receptor interaction,JAK-STAT signaling pathway,lipid and atherosclerosis,phospholipidase D signaling pathway,to achieve relief or relief or relief or relief Treatment of anti-rheumatoid arthritis diseases.At the same time,the target is based on protein Mapk3,Mapk1,EGFR,SRC,HSP90AA1,Using molecular docking technology to further verify,Commiphoramyrrha(Z)-guggulsterone,proximadiol,and Xanthocerais Lignum neutralized compound phenol,Quercetin,may be the active compound of the main anticated rheumatoid arthritis Essence.2.Study on the chemical composition of Commiphoramyrrha and Xanthocerais First,soak the Commiphoramyrrha with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate in order,and obtain 8compounds from it for the use of silicone column layer analysis techniques and thin layer of analysis techniques for ethyl acetate extract.5 compound structures are identified by NMR: Compound 1 myrrhterpeniod N,Compound 3 commiphorane E1,Compound 4myrrhone,Compound 5 9-methoxymyrrhone.Secondly,the ethylene reflux extract is used to extract the Xanthocerais and the oil ether,ethyl acetate,and orthopedly are used in order.Applying 5 compounds from the ethytes of acetate,Compound 2 Gallic acid,Compound 3 Rutin,Compound 4 β-Sitosterol,Compound 5 Dibutyl phthalate.
