Purpose:Discussing the clinical efficacy of facet fusion(FF)and posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases(LDD).Methods: 30 patients who underwent interarticular fusion and 30 patients who underwent posterior intervertebral Cage implantation in Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University from October 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively collected and used as study group and control group, respectively. All patients were selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Through the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses, the Japanese orthopaedic association assessment score(JOAJapanese Orthopaedic Association Scores)treatment, fusion rate, intervertebral height and intervertebral height lost value indicators study compared the curative effect of two kinds of surgery.Results:(1)General information. There were no significant differences in gender, age, body weight and segment between 2 groups(P>0.05).(2)Perioperative evaluation indexes: there was no statistical significance in the number of days in hospital and surgical complications between the two groups.(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization costs between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Clinical efficacy evaluation: There was no statistical significance in preoperative JOA,6 months after surgery and the improvement rate of JOA between 2 groups(P>0.05).(4)Imaging indicators:there was no significant difference in the intervertebral height loss and fusion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: FF and PLIF are equally effective, and compared with PLIF,FF has shorter operation duration, less intraoperative bleeding, and less hospitalization costs. |
