| The Song Dynasty was the heyday of the comprehensive development of traditional Chinese medicine.Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang,Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang and Sheng Ji Zong Lu were compiled by the government and contained a large number of medical prescriptions before the Song Dynasty,which had extremely high clinical value and literature value.At present,the research on the prescriptions of the three official prescriptions in the Song Dynasty mainly focuses on the study of prescriptions for a specific disease,and there is still a lack of related research from the perspective of nameless prescription.This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the collection overview,the classification of indications,the usage of dosage forms,the study of citations,and the characteristics of the unnamed prescriptions in the official prescriptions of the Song Dynasty,in order to provide some literature for the study of prescriptions in the Song Dynasty,and to expand the application of effective prescriptions in the book.Through the in-depth excavation of the three masterpieces of the Song Dynasty,it was found that Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang contained nearly 6400 nameless prescription,Sheng Ji Zong Lu contained nearly 1300 nameless prescription,and Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang were all famous prescriptions.Most of the nameless prescription are included in the form of ’treating a disease or syndrome ’or’ another prescription’,and there are recorded changes in circulation;the nameless prescription involves many departments such as internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,facial features and skin.It is mostly used in internal medicine,followed by surgery and pediatrics.The main common diseases include parasites,animal bites,poisoning,drowning,pediatric sores,surgical sores,etc.It has a wide range of applications and good curative effect.The dosage forms of unknown prescriptions are rich,but most of them are powder,and the usage is flexible;drug processing,usage and dosage have certain standardization;the nameless prescription are mainly derived from the previous medical books,the secret prescriptions collected by the imperial palace,the new medical prescriptions in the Song Dynasty,the folk prescriptions,and the effective prescriptions,including the foreign prescriptions and the lost prescriptions.It is a valuable literature for studying the development of medicine in this period.The nameless prescription in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang have the following characteristics:dialectical prescription,emphasizing compatibility;one disease multi-party,one party multi-purpose;dosage is not loaded,with the addition and subtraction.In the Sheng Ji Zong Lu,the nameless prescription is mostly unilateral,and the medicine is strong;pay attention to health,carrying strong Taoist color;the application of Zhu You reflects the early psychotherapy.The reasons for the unnamed party may be:due to the characteristics of some unilateral use,it is inconvenient to standardize the naming to reflect the connotation;for prescriptions with the same indications,in order to avoid repeated descriptions,they are included in the form of ’Youfang ’;physicians have some modifications in the compilation of the receiving party,not using the original name;missing omissions in the process of literature reprinting and printing.In addition,the statistical analysis of the crude drugs in the book found that Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang ’contains 117 crude drugs,involving 75 kinds of drugs,and Sheng Ji Zong Lu contains 63 crude drugs,involving 54 kinds of drugs.The highest frequency of drugs is eggs,adeps and chicken blood,which reflects the simple characteristics of folk people’s medication in the Song Dynasty,and also fully shows the characteristics of wide source and low price of nameless prescription. |
