Objective:To explore the effect of guidance combined with routine rehabilitation on respiratory function and quality of life in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:60 patients with Parkinson’s disease who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022.The patients were divided into control group and test group by random number table, with 30patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, including joint range of motion training, muscle strength training, posture training, balance training, gait training, transfer training, hand function activity training and breathing training. The experimental group received guidance training on the basis of the control group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment twice a day, while the test group received routine rehabilitation treatment once a day and guidance training once a day. Both routine rehabilitation treatment and guidance training were 40 minutes/time,6 days/week,a total of 4 weeks.Forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP)The two groups of patients were evaluated with the Parkinson’s Disease Questionnaire-39(PDQ-39).Results:There was no difference in the baseline data of gender, age, body mass index and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),and the baseline data were comparable. Before treatment, there was no difference in the evaluation of FEV1,FVC,MVV,PEF,MIP and PDQ-39 between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the FEV1,FVC,MVV,PEF and MIP of the patients in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The PDQ-39 score of patients in the test group was lower than that before treatment and better than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guidance combined with routine rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the respiratory function and improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
