| Objective:In this study, visual analogue scale of pain(VAS),comprehensive headache scale,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)were used as observation indexes. To compare and observe the difference between five-element music electroacupuncture therapy and pulse electroacupuncture therapy for the symptoms and signs of tension-type headache(TTH)patients, evaluate the effectiveness and safety,in order to seek new ideas and new methods for the treatment of this disease.Methods:66 patients with tension type headache were randomly divided into five elements of traditional Chinese medicine electroacupuncture treatment group(n=33)and pulse electroacupuncture control group(n=33).Both groups were treated three times a week for a total of four weeks. Before treatment, after treatment and 1 month after treatment(follow-up),the patients were asked about their subjective headache, mood and sleep improvement, and were objectively evaluated by visual analogue score of pain(VAS),comprehensive headache score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI).The clinical efficacy was evaluated on the basis of pain visual simulation score, and whether the scores and clinical effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant was analyzed.Results:1.The data of patients were collected before treatment, and the sex, age, course of disease, visual analog score of pain(VAS),comprehensive score of headache,HAMD,HAMA and PSQI scores were statistically analyzed to determine whether they were comparable or not,the results showed no statistical difference(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.Within-group comparisons with pain visual analogue score(VAS),headache comprehensive score,HAMA,HAMD,and PSQI scores at post-treatment and follow-up were compared with pre-treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The pain visual analog score(VAS),headache comprehensive score,HAMA,HAMD and PSQI scores of the two groups after treatment and follow-up were compared within the group, and the scores at follow-up were significantly lower than those after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment and during follow-up,VAS,headache comprehensive score,HAMA,HAMD,and PSQI scores were compared between the two groups. The scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,6 cases in the treatment group were cured,16 cases were effective,9 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. In the control group,3 cases were cured,22 cases were effective,18 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective. There was significant difference between the two groups by independent sample rank sum test(z=-2.96 P=0.003<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 81.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(X2=10.33 P=0.016<0.05),suggesting that the clinical efficacy of Wuxing music electroacupuncture in the treatment of tension type headache is better than that of conventional pulse electroacupuncture.Conclusion:1.Both treatment schemes can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with tension type headache and relieve the degree of headache, but the overall clinical effect of five-element music electroacupuncture is better than that of conventional pulse electroacupuncture.2.Both treatment regiments can improve anxiety, depression and sleep disorders in patients with tension type headache.However,five-element music electroacupuncture is better than conventional pulse electroacupuncture in relieving anxiety, depression and improving sleep state. |
