Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Facial Paralysis With Nape Liuhe Acupuncture

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of nape Liuhe acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of wry mouth.While improving the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of wry mouth,it provides new ideas for acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of wry mouth.Methods:In this study,66 patients who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,33 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with nape Liuhe acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups of patients were acupunctured once a day,every 10 times acupuncture was a course of treatment,and continuous treatment was 2 courses.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were recorded.The changes of the TCM symptom score scale(the patient’s own healthy side control score scale),the facial paralysis House-Brackmann grading scale,and the facial nerve evaluation system score scale were recorded,and the SPSS statistical software was used for statistical processing and analysis of the data to compare the differences in efficacy.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom score scale,facial nerve evaluation system score scale and facial paralysis House-Brackmann grading scale of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was more prominent(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%;the total effective rate of the control group was 90.63%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the nape Liuhe acupuncture and the conventional acupuncture can improve the facial function of the patients in the sequelae period,but the curative effect of the treatment group is more superior.
