Objective:This topic takes the patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type as the research object, through observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of the treatment group(herb-partitioned moxibustion)and the control group(oral loratadine tablets),to explore the feasibility of herb-partitioned moxibustion for the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type,in order to provide a basis for clinical intervention of the disease. Methods:Through online and offline recruitment of patients,a total of 72 patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.72 patients were randomly divided into two groups by randomized controlled trial, and health education was given at the same time.On this basis, the treatment group was given herb-partitioned moxibustion intervention, referring to the"Name and Location of Meridian Points" published in 2021,used self-made ginger bowls for herb-partitioned moxibustion on the acupoints of BL12,BL13,and BL43 on both sides of the back, twice a week(the interval of 3-4 days is appropriate),each time for about one hour,a total of 8 times for four weeks; The control group was given loratadine tablet intervention on this basis, taking one tablet(10mg)orally every day for four weeks. The study adopted four scales(TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ,TCM syndrome scale)and one laboratory index(total serum IgE)as the observation index, the former needs to be filled in before, during, after and 1 month after the treatment respectively, while the latter only needs to be tested before and after the treatment. The curative effect was evaluated at the end of treatment and follow-up,and the data were processed with SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis software after the results were obtained.Results:1.Completion of cases:In the research,1 patient in the treatment group fell off due to work reasons,3 patients fell off due to epidemic conditions, and 2 patients were removed due to poor compliance; In the control group,2 patients fell off due to work reasons, and 3 patients were removed because they did not follow the doctor’s instructions.Finally,61 patients completed clinical observation and were included in the final statistical analysis, including 30 patients in the treatment group and 31 patients in the control group.2.Intra-group comparison:Before and after treatment, the difference between the two groups in laboratory indicators(total serum IgE),TCM syndrome scale and other related scales(TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ)was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups:After the two methods of treatment, the difference between the TCM syndrome scale and other related scales(TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ)was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the total IgE value in serum was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of TCM symptoms, nasal symptoms and quality of life improvement, but there was no significant difference in the improvement degree of serum total IgE between the two groups.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:According to the evaluation criteria of efficacy related to allergic rhinitis, the treatment group had 6 cases of obvious effect,21 cases of effectiveness and 3 cases of ineffectiveness, with a total effective rate of 90%;In the control group,1 case was obvious effect,21 cases were efficacious and 9 cases were invalid, with a total effective rate of 71%.The results indicated that both treatment methods were effective, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Long-term effect:Follow-up 1 month after the treatment, the total long-term effective rate was 76.7%in the treatment group and 45.1%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Both herb-partitioned moxibustion and oral loratadine tablets can improve the nasal symptoms, quality of life,TCM syndromes and total IgE value of serum and other related indicators of patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type to varying degrees. The short-term and long-term effects of herb-partitioned moxibustion are relatively significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
