Study On Syndrome And Treatment Of Tourette Syndrome In Children Based On Data Mining

Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of tourette’s disease in children by analyzing related literature of tourette’s disease patients.Through the frequency analysis and cluster analysis of the application of prescriptions in children with tourette syndrome,the treatment methods and prescriptions of children with tourette syndrome were explored.Methods: The literatures on the clinical treatment of tourette syndrome in children were collected from CNKI.com,Wanfang,VIP and Pub Med databases from January 2001 to December 2021.The frequency analysis and association rules of SPSS software were used to conduct statistical analysis on the general information,syndromes,treatment methods and drug compatibility in the above data.Results: 1.General data: Among the 330 cases,277 cases were male,accounting for 83.939% of the total cases.There were 53 female cases,accounting for 16.061% of the total cases.Age 3-18 years old,mean(12.4)years old;The proportion of men is significantly higher than that of women,and there is a significant difference.2.Tongue and pulse: the frequency of tongue red in 330 patients’ medical records was 206,accounting for 62.424%;Tongue light frequency was 51(15.454%);Tongue light frequency was 26(7.879%);Tongue tip red frequency was 22,accounting for 6.667%.The frequency of yellow coating was 69,accounting for 20.909%;the frequency of yellow coating was 57,accounting for 17.273%;the frequency of white coating was 36,accounting for 10.909%;The moss-less frequency was 25,accounting for7.576%.The tongue coating is mainly yellow.3.Common symptoms: blink frequency was 236,accounting for 71.515%;The frequency of head shaking was 143,accounting for 43.333%;The frequency of shoulder twisting was 124(37.576%);The frequency of nasal shrugging was 100,accounting for 30.303%;The frequency of grin was 98,accounting for 29.697%;The frequency of limb twitch was 91,accounting for 27.576%;The frequency of different sounds in larynx was 136(41.212%).The frequency of throat clearing was 70,accounting for 21.212%.Therefore,the common symptoms of tourette syndrome in children are facial twitching,limb twitching,throat clearing and abnormal sound in the throat(" haha ","ko-ko").4.Main syndrome types: Hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen,wind movement of Yin deficiency,phlegm and fire disturbing the spirit,wind movement of hyperactivity of liver and external wind inducing syndrome are TD common witness type,among which hyperactivity of spleen deficiency and liver is the most common witness type of tic syndrome in children.5.High frequency drugs: The top 50 drugs were: Licorice,Ungum vine,white Peony,poria cocos,Gastrodia elata,rigidworm,Calamus acorus,Scorpion,pinellia pinellia,keel,Bupleurum,Oyster,cicada,Chrysanthemum,turpentine,Tangerine peel,Pueraria,White art,Scutellaria scutellaria,Radix Polygonatum,Mother of Pearl,Cassia,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix sinuscens,Rhizome ligusticum,Rhizoma ligusticum,Rhizoma ligusticum,Rhizoma sinensis,Rhizome,Rhizoma sinensis,Rhizoma pulsatilla,Rhizoma gardenia,Radix parsnhiformis,Rhizoma arsinus,Bamboo Shaver,Gardenia gardenia,Radix platycodon,Radix arpanulata,Radix maltiflori,Radix Rhizoma Fructus aurantii,Fructus aurantii,Ophiopogon ophiopogon,cassia twig,centipede,Tribulus terrestris,Hawthorn,Codonopsis,sour jujube seed,Xanthii seed,Fu God,Tianzhu yellow.The top 20 drug efficacy frequencies were: Dispelling wind and antispasmodic,dispersing wind and heat,replenishing qi,replenishing blood,suppressing liver Yang,dispersing wind and cold,regulating water and detumifying,regulating qi,warming cold phlegm,clearing heat and purging powder,Zhenzhen Medicine,clearing heat and cooling blood,clearing heat and dampening dampness medicine,nourishing heart and calming medicine,clearing heat and cooling blood medicine,clearing heat and dampening dampness medicine,promoting blood circulation painkiller,reinforcing Yin medicine,dispelling wind and cold and dampening medicine,opening body medicine,clearing heat and phlegm medicine6.Meridian normalization of sex and taste: The frequency of cold drugs was 67,and that of normal drugs was 59,followed by warm,slightly cold,slightly warm,cool,hot,big hot and big cold.The frequency of sweet drugs was 144,ranking the first place.Followed by bitter drugs117;The frequency of octyl drug was 98;The frequency of acid(astringent)drug was 30;The frequency of salty drugs was 26.The frequency of hepatic channel was 135,ranking the first place.The second frequency of lung meridian was 138;The frequency of gastric passage was 95;The frequency of spleen meridian was 79;The frequency of heart meridian was 75;The frequency of renal channel was 71;The rest are large intestine,bladder,gallbladder,small intestine,three coke,pericardium,stomach.Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of tourette syndrome in children are complex,but the main symptoms are extremity twitching,facial twitching,throat clearing and abnormal voice in the throat.The main syndrome types were hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen Yin deficiency and wind movement,phlegm and fire disturbing the spirit,wind movement and external wind induced by liver hyperactivity.Clinical treatment of children with tic syndrome commonly used drugs are: unguteng,paeony,tuckahoe,gastrodia elata,zombie silkworm;Glycyrrhiza and paeony were commonly used as drug pairs.Unguteng with licorice with Paeony is a common drug group.
