Research Objective:In view of the dysfunction of core stability in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain,some routines of the Baduan Jin version of the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China were optimized to form a set of Baduan Jin suitable for the precise rehabilitation of chronic non-specific low back pain.The action analysis of the new version of Baduan Jin was carried out by means of surface electromyography,heart rate monitoring and scale evaluation,and the difference of the action mode of the two versions of Baduan Jin was discussed,which laid a foundation for the clinical application of the subsequent version of Baduan Jin for chronic non-specific low back pain.Research methods:1.Movement optimization part:Screening suitable for chronic non-specific low back pain rehabilitation training exercises,and establishing an action library;At the same time,the surface electromygraphic characteristics of the core stable muscles of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain were collected,and the surface electromygraphic characteristics of chronic non-specific low back pain rehabilitation were established.Professional athletes demonstrate the movements in the action gallery under the monitoring of surface electromygraphic characteristics equipment,analyze the corresponding surface electromygraphic characteristics,and understand the movements with training value;Professionals are invited to discuss and compile and formulate the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin for chronic non-specific low back pain.2.Action analysis part18 subjects who met the criteria were included in the exercise of two versions of the Baduan Jin,monitoring the surface electromygraphic signals and heart rate of the bilateral erector spinal muscle,polyfisdomin,rectus abdominis muscle,external oblique muscle,gluteus maximus muscle,and gluteus medius muscle during the exercise,and self-rated the self-rated self-sensory exertion scale score and sensory scale score after the completion of the two versions of Baduan Jin exercise.Research results:1.Movement optimization part:The first to fourth styles and the seventh form of the Baduan Jin version of the General Administration of Sports(GAS)of the People’s Republic of China were optimized for the action of the five styles,and the preparatory form,the 5th style,the sixth form and the eighth form were retained,and finally the Xiyuan version of the Baduan Jin optimized for the rehabilitation of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain was formed.2.Action analysis stage:2.1 Surface electromygraphy test part:First formula:In this formula,the RMS of all muscles is greater than that of the GAS version in the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin,among which the gluteus maximus RMS in the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is significantly greater than that in the GAS version(P<0.05);the participation of the gluteus muscles in the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin significantly improves the participation of the gluteus muscles(P<0.05),which is reflected in the contribution rate of the gluteus maximus muscle in the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is significantly higher than that in the GAS version(P<0.05).The contribution of each muscle in the GAS Baduan Jin is,from high to low:erector spinal muscle,external oblique muscle,multifissure muscle,gluteus medius,rectus abdominis muscle and gluteus maximus;The contribution of each muscle in the West Garden version is,from high to low:gluteus maximus,multifissure muscle,external oblique muscle,erector spinal muscle,gluteus medius and rectus abdominis muscle;The completion of this type of movement,the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the gluteus maximus,multifissure muscle,external oblique muscle,and erector spinal muscle;The GAS Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,external oblique muscle,and multifissure muscle.The second formula:In this formula,the RMS of all muscles increases in the eight segments of the Xiyuan version,except for the rectus abdominis muscle,the RMS of the rest of the muscles is significantly greater than that of the RMS(P<0.05)in the GAS version;according to the division of muscle groups,there is no significant difference in the psoas,abdominal muscles and gluteal muscles in the two versions of Baduan Jin(P>0.05);according to the muscle division,the eighth dan jin of the Xiyuan version increases the contribution rate of multifissure,external oblique muscle,and gluteus maximus muscle(P<0.05);the contribution degree of each muscle in Baduan Jin of the Xiyuan version is:erector spinal muscle,multifissure,external oblique,gluteus maximus,gluteus medius,and rectus abdominis muscle;In descending order,the contribution in the GAS version is:gluteus mebius,erector spinal muscle,multifidus muscle,external oblique abdominal,gluteus maximus and rectus abdominis muscle;After this movement is completed,the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,multifissure,external oblique,gluteus maximus,and gluteus medius,and Baduan Jin of the body version is mainly participated by the erector spinus muscle and gluteus medius.The third formula:in this formula,the RMS of all muscles in the eight segments of the Xiyuan version is significantly greater than that in the GAS version(P<0.05);according to the muscle group,the contribution rate of the gluteus muscle(P<0.05)is significantly increased by the eight segments of the Xiyuan version;according to the muscle division,the contribution rate of the external oblique abdominis,gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscles(P<0.05)is significantly greater than that of the eight segments of the Xiyuan version;the contribution degree of each muscle in the eight segments of the Xiyuan version is:gluteus maximus,gluteus medius,external oblique abdominis,erector spinal muscle,multifissure muscle and rectus abdominis muscle;In descending order,the contribution in the GAS version is:erector spinal muscle,multifissure muscle,gluteus meso,external oblique muscle,rectus abdominis and gluteus maximus;After the completion of this movement,the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,external oblique muscle,gluteus maximus muscle and gluteus medius muscle,and the GAS version of Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle and multifissure muscle.The fourth formula:In this formula,the RMS of all muscles increases in the eight segments of the Xiyuan version,except for the erector spine muscle and rectus abdominis muscle,the RMS of the rest of the muscles is significantly greater than the RMS(P<0.05)in the GAS version;according to the muscle group,the eight segments of the Xiyuan version increase the contribution rate of the psoas muscle and gluteal muscle(P<0.05);according to the muscle division,gluteus maximus,The contribution rate of gluteus medius muscles was significantly greater than that in the GAS version(P<0.05)in the Xiyuan version,and the contribution of each muscle to Baduan Jin of the Xiyuan version was,from high to low,as follows:multifissure,erector spina,gluteus medius,gluteus medius,external oblique and rectus abdominis muscle;The contribution to the GAS Baduan Jin is,from highest to lowest:multifissure,erector spinal muscle,gluteus medius,external oblique muscle,rectus abdominis muscle and gluteus maximus;After this movement is completed,the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,multifissure muscle,gluteus maximus muscle and gluteus medius muscle,and the GAS Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,multifissure muscle,external oblique muscle and gluteus medius muscle.Seventh formula:the RMS of all muscles increased in Baduan Jin of the Xiyuan version,except for the rectus abdominis muscle,the RMS of the other muscles was significantly greater than that in the GAS Baduan Jin(P<0.05);according to the muscle group,the contribution rate of Baduan Jin of the Xiyuan version increased the contribution rate of the gluteal muscles(P<0.05);according to the muscle division,the contribution rate of the erector spinal muscle,external oblique muscle and gluteus maximus muscle was significantly greater than that in the the GAS Baduan Jin(P<0.05);the contribution of each muscle to Baduan Jin of the Xiyuan version was sorted from high to low:erector spinal muscle,multifissure,external oblique,gluteus maximus,gluteus medius,and rectus abdominis muscle;The contribution to the the GAS Baduan Jin is,from highest to lowest:erector spinal muscle,polyfissure muscle,gluteus menus,external oblique abdomen,gluteus maximus and rectus abdominis muscle.After the completion of this movement,the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,multifidus muscle and external oblique muscle,and the the GAS Baduan Jin is mainly participated by the erector spinal muscle,multifissure muscle and gluteus medius.2.2 Exercise intensity and emotional valence:There was no significant difference in minimum heart rate(HRmin),maximum heart rate(HRmax)and average heart rate(HRa)between the two versions of Baduan Jin during the exercise monitoring(P>0.05),and the scores of the Rating of Perceived Exertion given by the subjects after the test indicated that there was no significant difference in exercise intensity between the two versions of Baduan Jin(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of Feeling Scale(P>0.05),indicating that the subjects had the same emotional valence for the two versions of Baduan Jin and had no obvious emotional tendency.Research conclusion:Through sEMG monitoring of several electromyoelectric changes of core stabilizer muscles during the exercise of two versions of eight-dan jin,it was found that the contribution rate of erector spinal muscle,multifissure muscle,rectus abdominis muscle,external oblique muscle,gluteus maximus muscle and gluteus mesoamerica was significantly increased by sEMG,and the RMS of all tested muscles was significantly improved,and there was no significant difference between exercise intensity and emotional titer related to exercise intensity and the GAS version,showing that the Xiyuan version of Baduan Jin adjusted the power mode of core muscles and improved the activation intensity and exercise efficiency of muscles.
