Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Tongbi prescription in the treatment of dampness-heat obstruction syndrome of active rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on inflammatory factors and patients’ quality of life, and to explore its advantages in the clinical treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods: In this study,70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected, all from the department of rheumatism and immunity of shandong traditional Chinese medicine hospital.According to the design principle of randomized controlled trial,70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, each of which was 35.The control group was treated with methotrexate, and the experimental group was treated for 12 weeks on the basis of the control group. The changes of TCM syndrome scores, blood sedimentation,c-reactive protein,Il-6,Il-33,vas scores, health assessment questionnaire and quality of life evaluation scale, safety indicators(blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, etc.)were recorded before and after treatment of the two groups.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: During the study, there were 4 cases of shedding in the two groups, and a total of 66 patients completed the study, with 34 cases in the experimental group and 32 cases in the control group.(1)TCM syndrome score:TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Disease activity: After treatment, the disease activity of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Laboratory indexes: After treatment,CRP,ESR,IL-6 and IL-33 indexes were significantly decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Quality of life: vas scores, haq and sf-36 questionnaire scores in the two groups after treatment were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, but there was no statistically significant difference in emotional and psychological differences in the sf-36 scale(P<0.05).(5)Adverse reactions:the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(2.94%)was lower than that in the control group(21.88%)(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(6)Clinical efficacy:(1)Compared with TCM syndrome, the effective rate of the experimental group was 79.41%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 56.25%(P<0.05).(2)The effective rate of ACR20 in the experimental group was 67.64% higher than 43.75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The treatment of ra dampness and heat resistance with methotrexate is effective in relieving pain, reducing the activity of the disease, significantly improving the joint symptoms and function of the patients, effectively controlling the condition, improving the quality of life of the patients, and having a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher safety, which is worth clinical promotion.(2)The resistance of ra damp-heat and heat resistance in the treatment of active activities was significantly decreased in CRP,ESR,IL-6,IL-33.
