Research On The Fine Management Of W Hospital Consumables Based On SPD System

With the continuous development of China’s medical and health industry,the application of medical consumables in clinical medicine is becoming more and more common,and at present,in China’s public hospitals,the cost of medical consumables accounts for about one-third of the total cost of public hospitals,and it is still rising.Medical consumables are an important factor affecting medical quality and safety,in recent years,China has successively promulgated a number of policies on medical consumables,which has promoted the overall improvement of medical consumables management.In order to better standardize medical consumables,SPD system,as a new mode of medical consumables material management,provides a new direction in the refined management of consumables.In this way,it meets the clinical demand for medical consumables,and at the same time reduces the cost of medical consumables management supply chain management system,providing an effective and refined concept for medical consumables management.Taking W Hospital as an example,this project adopts the SPD management mode to transform the original logistics management system in the hospital,and centralizes and refines the procurement,processing,and distribution of medical consumables in the hospital.In the procurement stage,medical consumables are classified to increase the attention to the procurement of important medical consumables,and the SPD system solves the problem of"information island" in the hospital information system,and realizes active verification and online procurement;In the inventory management link,the medical consumables are coded(unique identification code of medical devices,radio frequency identification code),cargo location and fixed number package,so that the medical consumables can be accurately located and tracked in the hospital,and the information management of consumables can be realized;In the distribution process,through real-time monitoring,fixed number push,automatic identification,etc.of medical consumables consumption,it effectively saves the time and energy spent by medical staff on managing medical consumables and improves distribution efficiency.This topic further verifies the advantages of SPD system in the management of intra-hospital logistics in large-scale tertiary hospitals,effectively improves the fine management level of medical consumables,and brings new solutions for the refined management of W hospital consumables and cost reduction and efficiency increase.
