Research On Optimization Of The Public Health Service From The Perspective Of The Construction Of County Medical Community

With the development of economy and society,people’s awareness of health is constantly increasing,and their pursuit of a healthy life is increasing.In recent years,affected by various public health emergencies,the importance of public health services has become more prominent.To achieve a higher level and more balanced public health service,it is urgent to solve the problems of imperfect health system and unbalanced allocation of public health resources.However,the supply of public health services in China is still insufficient and unbalanced,especially the grassroots public health services still have obvious shortcomings.In view of many problems existing in the current health field,China has begun to build an integrated medical and health service system,and the main form of formation in the county is"medical and health community".This kind of medical and health service system has broken the original pattern of each health service institution acting independently.It can not only promote the sinking of high-quality health resources,but also establish an efficient and accurate health management system with the help of this integrated model,which brings opportunities for optimizing grass-roots public health services.Based on the background of county medical community construction,this paper discusses the optimization path of grass-roots public health service supply.In the process of research,firstly,the related concepts,connotations and theories of county medical community and public health service are introduced,and the historical development of county medical community and grass-roots public health service is sorted out from the theoretical level,and the influence mechanism of county medical community construction on grass-roots public health service is deeply analyzed.Secondly,taking District J of A city as a case study,this paper expounds the main measures for the construction of county medical community in District J and the main changes of grass-roots public health services under this background,focusing on some key public health service items and the status quo of medical resources,and analyzing the situation of implementing county medical community in District J to optimize grass-roots public health services through interviews with relevant personnel and other means,taking its implementation effect as a starting point.This paper reveals the outstanding problems faced by J District in practice,such as the shortage of public health resources at the grass-roots level,weak public health service capacity,poor vertical cooperation among various institutions within the medical community,and incomplete performance evaluation system,etc.,and deeply analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,it puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures to improve the level of grass-roots public health services by relying on the construction of medical community,including supporting grass-roots public health services with a closer medical community mechanism,giving full play to the leverage of government financial funds,making efforts to break the existing policy path dependence,building a "great health" pattern,and building a balance mechanism for the demands of suppliers in county medical communities,so as to establish a more perfect and efficient public health service system and mechanism,and better improve the level of grass-roots public health services to meet the needs of the public for health.
