Wireless capsule robots have the advantages of painlessness,non-invasiveness,and high accuracy in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,which are favored by people.However,there are also huge challenges in their size,battery life,and cost,making it difficult to popularize.At present,most of the research on capsule robots is based on image shooting.The integration of optical modules limits the difficulty of capsule endoscopes to achieve the size of pills.At the same time,they also face huge challenges in terms of battery life.Based on the status of the development of capsule robots,this thesis has developed a small-sized,long-lasting capsule robot system that can display data in real-time for gastrointestinal dynamic detection.The main research contents of this article are summarized as follows:(1)A capsule robot program for gastrointestinal motility detection is proposed to study gastrointestinal diseases by detecting the motion model of the gastrointestinal tract.The motion sensor is more integrated than the image sensor,the size is smaller,the digital data is much smaller than the image data,and the transmission power consumption is low.In terms of size and battery life,the motion detection solution has absolute advantages.It solves the size and battery life problems of the capsule robot from the perspective of motion detection.(2)This thesis develops a small-sized,low-power spherical capsule robot.The diameter of the sphere is only 13mm,which is only half the size of the capsule robot on the market.This article designed a set of low-power program solutions to make its battery life more than 24 hours,and made a breakthrough in the size and power consumption limitations.(3)A mobile app was developed for the capsule robot.The capsule robot moves with the peristalsis of the intestines,and collects the movement data of the digestive tract and transmits it to the App wirelessly.App saves the received data,and then displays the data in real-time drawing.(4)In order to verify the effectiveness and safety of the capsule robot,a biocompatibility evaluation and simulation experiment were designed.The experiments include imitating human tissue transmission experiments,animal in vivo transmission experiments and human transmission simulation experiments,which are used to verify the feasibility of the capsule robot scheme for gastrointestinal motility detection.The experimental results show that the capsule robot designed in this thesis can successfully collect and transmit motion data from the animal body for 24.2 hours.It has achieved the goal of long battery life and verified the feasibility of the scheme.The entire system is small and has a long battery life,and the data can be displayed in real time on the APP.This research proposes a new technical solution for the research of capsule robots,which is of great significance to the research of capsule robots and the development of treatment of digestive diseases.
