| International students’ education is an important indicator of evaluating the international competitiveness of national higher education,and developing international students’education is an inevitable requirement of our higher education internationalization.Preparatory education is an important guarantee for international students to complete their academic education.With the continuous development of the education of foreign students in China,preparatory education is also playing an increasingly important role.The expanding scale of preparatory education not only brings great development opportunities to the internationalization work of universities,but also brings many new challenges.In order to ensure the steady advancement of academic education for international students coming to China and the continuous improvement of the internationalization level of Chinese higher education,it is extremely important to explore a new path for the education of preparatory students in China in the new era,and scientifically evaluate and effectively improve the quality of preparatory education.Based on SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model and combined with the characteristics of international Chinese education,this paper designs a model to evaluate the quality of preparatory education from the perspective of serving students,with the goal of comprehensively improving the quality of preparatory education in colleges and universities.The representative medical students in China were selected as the survey objects,guided by student-centered humanistic education concept,and based on SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model.And find ways to improve teaching quality.In the introduction summarizes the research background and significance,combs the research overview of the quality of preparatory education in the academic circle,and finds that the scientific and timeliness of the evaluation method of preparatory education can be further developed.At the same time,it also introduces the research idea,research content,research method and innovation of this paper.Preparatory education,has similar attributes to the service industry,which is suitable for the SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model under the guidance of humanistic education theory,and the loyalty theory can be used to formulate and adjust countermeasures from the perspective of users.According to the characteristics of preparatory education,the author constructed the service quality gap model of preparatory education,defined the concept of "expectation",and designed the questionnaire of preparatory students from five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,assurance,responsiveness and empathy,with a total of 23 specific indicators.111 valid questionnaires were collected.After sorting out the basic information,it is found that one of the reliability dimensions has distinct characteristics.After analyzing the questionnaire,adjust the interview outline to increase the weight of key topics in the questionnaire,and 11 interviewees were interviewed to obtain more in-depth and comprehensive information about the quality evaluation of preparatory education.The third chapter is an empirical study on the quality evaluation of preparatory education,which combines quantitative data and qualitative interview data,and makes a full analysis from the internal and inter-dimensional parts of each dimension.The first part analyzes the score and loss dimensions of the evaluation of tangibility,reliability,assurance,responsiveness and empathy,delves into the nature of the phenomenon and analyzes the causes of the problem.The second part summarizes the complex relationship among various dimensions,including the antecedent relationship,feedback relationship and inhibition relationship,and makes the speculation that "teacher factors bring empathy correction to the quality evaluation of preparatory education",and draws the conclusion that the reliability dimension and empathy dimension are the key points to improve the quality of preparatory education.The countermeasure research,from the perspective of service for preparatory education to put forward suggestions,think that the whole process of education should pay special attention to the students as the main position,respect the opinions of students as the evaluation subject,humanistic education concept throughout;Relevant departments making education policies should understand the needs of students,carry out scientific top-level design,improve the admittance and exit mechanism of preparatory education,strive to ensure the teaching quality of preparatory students through various channels,and reduce the pressure brought by study to preparatory students.Student administrators and teachers in colleges and universities need to continuously improve their professional quality,especially the ability related to empathic factors.The construction of professional teaching staff in colleges and universities is the top priority,especially strengthening the professional training of some courses that are highly relevant to majors in preparatory education,such as medical Chinese,so as to cultivate a team of full-time preparatory teachers who are mainly capable of international Chinese education and teaching different types of professional Chinese.Multiple measures will be taken simultaneously to effectively improve the quality of preparatory education.Finally,the conclusion points out the shortcomings of this study and looks forward to the future research. |
