[Objective]To probe into the effect of the treatment of buttonhole deformity through metacarpal plate acupotomy release combined with central tendonre construction.[Methods]Sixty cases of oboslete central tendonre construction were included in the study.Among them,control group of 30 cases treated with traditional surgery of releasing the metacarpal plate and repairing the injured central tendonre.Experimental group treated with metacarpal plate acupotomy release and central tendonre construction.Comparing the joint motion and tendon adhesion after operation through follow-up by statistical analysis.[Results]In this study,60 patients were followed up,and the postoperative VAS scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with the preoperative,but there was no statistical difference between the preoperative and postoperative VAS scores of the two groups(p<0.05).The excellent rate of postoperative Caroli function score was 36.7%in the control group and 53.3%in the observation group,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),while the excellent rate of postoperative Dargan finger function recovery was 83.3%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The rate of postoperative palmar plate contracture was 20%in the observation group,which was significantly smaller than that of 46.7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).[Conclusion]For the treatment of oboslete central slip rupture,the experimental group has advantages of simple operation and reliable curative effect,It is more effective than traditional surgery and Worth popularizing.
