Objective : Cervical cancer surgery has open surgery, traditional laparoscopic and robot assisted laparoscopic surgery,LACC test results published, the minimally invasive surgery treatment of cervical cancer is controversial, especially with the application of robot assisted surgery, under the background of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept, how to make safe and effective surgical choice become a problem. In this paper, the traditional laparoscopic and robot assisted laparoscopic surgery treatment of cervical cancer perioperative curative effect and postoperative follow-up comparative analysis, will compare the two kinds of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, intraoperative and postoperative complications and the improvement of patient quality of life, for the choice of cervical cancer clinical surgical treatment options to provide more reference.Method :In a retrospective analysis,102 cervical cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from January 1,2018 to August 1,2022 were treated as study data, which were divided into two groups according to the Na discharge criteria and different surgical procedures.Among them, robtic surgery group: 40patient;laparoscopic surgery group: 40 patients.Statistical software(SPSS26.0 version)was used to analyze the perioperative and follow-up indicators of the two groups:(1)intraoperative observation indicators: bleeding volume, operation time, number of lymph node dissection, intraoperative complications,etc.;(2)postoperative observation indicators: anal exhaust time, drainage time, catheter time, postoperative hospital days,(3)patient quality of life;(4)patient quality of sexual life. Results :(1)Intraoperative indicators: The mean operation time of patients in the study group was(295.35 ± 32.20)min and(260.25 ± 21.35)min in the control group;significant and statistically significant differences(P <0.05).The mean intraoperative blood loss of patients in the study group was(345.66 ± 86.54)m L and(366.06 ± 105.28)m L in the control group;with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).The mean number of dissected lymph nodes in the study group was(16.45 ±4.60)and(16.14 ± 4.80)in the control group;the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).There were no intraoperative complications in either group.(2)Postoperative index: 8 postoperative complications in study group, accounting for 20.0%;12 postoperative complications in control group, accounting for 30.0%;significant group difference(P <0.05).Study patients were(9.36 ± 1.23)d;(10.56 ± 1.27)d;significant(P <0.05);study group(9.45 ± 1.35)d(8.06 ± 1.72)d,significant(P <0.05).The mean postoperative hospital days of patients in the study group was(10.50 ± 2.81)d and(11.87 ± 3.10)d;the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3)Postoperative patient survival and quality of sexual life: No preoperative quality of life and sexual scores were observed between the two groups, which were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The postoperative quality of survival score of the study group was(35.12 ±6.25)and(30.31 ± 5.06)in the control group;the score of the study group was(14.28 ± 2.53)and(10.23 ± 1.87)were significant(P <0.05).The two research groups of postoperative survival and quality of sexual life have obvious advantages. Conclusion : Compared with the traditional laparoscopic surgery,robot-assisted laparoscopic treatment of cervical cancer can not only significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, but also effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, which is conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients, and has significant effects in improving the patients’ quality of life and sexual life.
