In order to promote the further development of informatization and intelligence in the medical field,the application of high and new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to solve some medical problems in medicine will be a link that can not be ignored in the development of medical field in the future.In China,the popularization rate of labor analgesia technology is very low.In addition to some technical factors,the main reason is that people have low awareness of labor analgesia technology.Labor analgesia can not only help improve the controllability and safety of labor,but also reduce the rate of cesarean section and ensure the safety of mother and baby.The establishment of intelligent Q&A;A consultation system can help popularize the knowledge of labor analgesia and better meet the consultation Q&A;A needs of patients and their families.According to the needs of consultation and Q&A of labor analgesia,this paper takes the deep neural network as the knowledge information extraction model of labor analgesia,extracts the information from the obtained data,and establishes the knowledge map of labor analgesia according to the results of information extraction.Based on the knowledge map,a self-service consulting service system is designed and implemented.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Study the requirements of labor analgesia consultation service system,and design the overall scheme of consultation service system based on knowledge map.Based on the system requirements analysis,the front-end display module and background processing module are designed.For the construction of knowledge map,the data processing module,word vector generation module,information extraction module and map construction module are designed to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of each function of the system.2.A new hybrid pointer annotation method is proposed.According to the characteristics of unstructured data,according to the situation of nested entities,the method of cascade pointer annotation is used to set the annotation matrix.For the phenomenon of discontinuous entity annotation,the method of regular annotation is used.For entities with confusing types,the entity is annotated after judging its nature in combination with context information.This annotation method is more comprehensive,and solves the problem of sparse annotation matrix to a certain extent,which is convenient for subsequent model training.3.Aiming at the experimental data,an information extraction model which can make full use of the context information is designed,which can not only ensure the prediction accuracy of the model,but also reduce the complexity of the model,and integrate the similar information through knowledge fusion,so as to ensure the rationality and efficiency of the data structure in the knowledge map and improve the question and answer efficiency of the whole consulting system.4.Implement the labor analgesia consultation system based on knowledge map,and deploy and test it.Analyze the process of the question and answer system,and design each sub module in the question and answer process.According to the characteristics of the experimental data,the rule-based question parsing module is realized.The parsed information is input into the knowledge map for query matching,and the generated answers are packaged and fed back to the user.According to the user characteristics and system compatibility,the front-end and background are designed to make the system have excellent performance such as low delay,high reliability and platform independence.
