With the continuous penetration and wide application of Internet of Things technology in the medical field,intelligent medical management has become the trend of the times,and continues to be enabled with the progress of science and technology.In the process of clinical medicine,pain often brings physical and psychological suffering to patients,accompanied by various complications will also hinder the process of their recovery,so effective pain management methods are urgently needed to help patients recover.Traditional pain management methods depend on physicians regular rounds and paper questionnaires,face-to-face communication with patients,and providing patients with self-controlled PC A.These methods are subject to space and time constraints and inefficient management.Modern pain management system can not solve the real-time sharing of patient-doctor data,the lack of real-time feedback channels for patients,and the lack of professional knowledge and intelligent counseling methods,and can not fully dig out pain points in pain management links,resulting in the management efficiency of medical intellectualization is not significant,and a single problem of storage nodes of massive data is gradually exposed.It greatly affects the overall response efficiency of the system.In view of the existing problems in the medical pain management system,this paper combines the core pain points in the process of pain management,carries out service modular needs analysis,and designs and implements an intelligent pain management service platform.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1.Study the system architecture of the smart pain management service platform,analyze the core service modules of the platform business,and design and implement the platform based on the micro-service architecture.Splitting services according to business characteristics reduces the overall complexity of the platform and eliminates the coupling between different services,enabling services to be deployed and maintained independently.2.Study the hybrid data storage scheme.According to the data characteristics of the platform,it is divided horizontally and assigned to different storage nodes,and the efficiency of storage and query between different nodes is compared with that of traditional single database storage.3.Research on the real-time three-party interaction technology to achieve multi-way sharing of information.Based on MQTT protocol,three-party protocol rules with high extensibility of business scenarios are designed,and combined with message services with high reliability and low latency,rules are applied to implement specific business scenarios such as real-time doctor-patient chat,real-time collection and reporting of physiological data,device alerts,and so on.4.Research Intelligent Question and Answer Service.The intelligent question and answer service module is designed and implemented,which integrates the intelligent question and answer service based on knowledge map.5.The development of intelligent pain management service platform is completed,and the system is tested,optimized and deployed.The platform provides technical support for pain management and follow-up counseling in multiple scenarios.After testing,the service platform has the features of complete function,strong robustness,good performance and good scalability.
