| Objective:Patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan were selected as the research objects,and NLR,LMR,hCRP,blood lipid,HCY and MMP-9 genotypes were improved by collecting the patients’age,history of hypertension and history of diabetes,to study the risk factors of lower extremity arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan and its correlation with MMP-9 gene mutation.In addition,a simple prediction model was established to provide a new basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan.Methods:to collect 2021 January 01 solstice on November 30,2021 in north Sichuan medical college affiliated hospital elderly,cardiology,endocrinology and other departments in the hospital from the northeast Sichuan area of lower limb arteriosclerosis patients 249 cases as a group,choose the same period of the lower limb arteriosclerosis 81 cases as control group,two groups of general information collection and clinical data.35 subjects in the case group and 30 subjects in the control group were randomly examined for MMP-9 genotypes.SPSS 25.0 software was used to conduct preliminary screening of general data and clinical data of the two groups using T test,Chi-square test and Mann-Whitney U test,and then binary Logistic regression was used to screen the final independent risk factors.The supporting function package of R(4.1.0)software and R Studio were used to build the prediction model for the screened independent risk factors,and the"Bootstrap method" was used to conduct internal verification of the model.Finally,the column chart of the verified model was drawn.Results:1.Statistical analysis of the general data and clinical data of the two groups showed that there were no significant differences in gender,LMR,hDL,HCY,ApoAl and LPa levels between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in age,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,NLR,LDL,vLDL,TG,TC,ApoB100 and hCRP between the two groups(P<0.05),the levels of NLR,LDL,vLDL,TG,TC,ApoB100 and hCRP were all increased in the control group.Binary Logistic regression analysis of the indicators with statistically significant differences in initial screening showed that NLR,LDL,hypertension,diabetes and age were independent risk factors for lower limb arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan.2.With NLR,LDL,hypertension,diabetes and age as the predictive factors,the prediction model of lower limb arteriosclerosis in the population of northeast Sichuan has good predictive efficacy(C-STATISTIC=0.76415).3.Analysis of MMP-9-1562C/T gene polymorphisms in 35 randomly selected patients in the case group and 30 in the control group showed no statistically significant difference in genotype distribution between the two groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in allele distribution frequency between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.NLR,LDL,age,history of hypertension and history of diabetes are independent risk factors for lower limb arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan.2.The prediction model of lower limb arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan can better predict the probability of lower limb arteriosclerosis,which is helpful to guide clinicians in northeast Sichuan in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis;3.There was no significant correlation between MMP-9-1562C/T gene polymorphism(T allele mutation)and lower limb arteriosclerosis in northeast Sichuan population. |
