Objective:The changes of retinal micro vessel density and thickness in children with anisometropic amblyopia were studied by optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA).Methods:Twenty-five children with monocular anisometropic amblyopia were divided into amblyopic eye group and contralateral eye group, and 40 children without amblyopia(40 eyes)had their right eye as normal control eye group.Peripaptic retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness, central macular perfusion density(PD),blood flow length density(VLD),and central foveal nonperfusion zone(FAZ)area. The differences of parameters between the amblyopia group and the contralateral group, and the amblyopia group and the normal control group were observed and compared;at the same time, the data of the amblyopia group at 2m,4m,and 6m after the amblyopia treatment were compared with those before the amblyopia treatment. Results:Compared with the eye thickness of the contralateral eye and the normal control group, the CMT and RNFL of the amblyopic eye only changed significantly in the temporal side(p<0.05);after amblyopic treatment, the temporal RNFL decreased,PD and VLD increased, with statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusions:The retinal micro vascular system and thickness are abnormal in anisometropic amblyopia. |
