The continuous development and changes of social economy have put forward new requirements for various industries.In particular,as a basic key point to ensure people’s livelihood,China’s attention to the reform of the medical system has been further improved in recent years.How to take effective methods and means to effectively solve the problem of expensive medical treatment for the general public,and what methods and paths can actually improve the performance of clinical medical staff,which are also the key factors that the main body of the hospital should consider in the future work development process.However,according to the current situation,there are still some shortcomings and difficulties in the multidimensional aspects of personnel incentive and training methods,which is also a key reason for the brain drain of hospitals.The emergence of this situation will not only affect the comprehensive competitiveness and profitability of the hospital,but also lead to more fierce competition for medical talents.In the human resource management system,incentive is a key element,but this element is often ignored by many units and organizations.In essence,the competition between hospitals in China is the competition of medical talents.In order to make the hospital obtain the space of sustainable development,we should pay attention to the attraction and development of talents.In the process of carrying out the research activities,this paper selects NH hospital as the specific case analysis object to conduct in-depth research on the problems and deficiencies existing in the incentive process of the hospital.Firstly,this paper comprehensively expounds the basic background and necessary significance of the research,then investigates and analyzes the basic current situation of the incentive of clinicians in the hospital,selects 295 clinicians in the hospital as the research object,and carries out questionnaire research activities and data analysis activities.In the research process,the implementation of incentive measures is evaluated mainly from the aspects of salary,performance,training and promotion.On this basis,this paper comprehensively excavates the problems existing in the incentive process of clinicians in the hospital,and puts forward some optimization and improvement strategies and suggestions according to the current situation of the development of the general hospital.Taking the clinicians of the hospital as the key case analysis object,this paper explores and studies the incentive problems,and puts forward effective rectification strategies.Through the implementation and promotion of research activities,the comprehensive management level of clinicians in the hospital can also develop and progress in the direction of high quality.In this way,the enthusiasm and initiative of doctors can be continuously improved.At the same time,it can also provide some decision-making reference for the development of other hospitals,which is also of great value and significance for driving the development of the overall medical level of our country. |
