| BackgroundEmotional nursing is a traditional Chinese medicine nursing method based on the improvement of patients’ bad mood,and it intervenes patients’ mood by means of the language,attitude,expression and behavior of the nursing staff through TCM syndrome differentiation.It can mobilize the best mental state of patients to improve the efficacy of patients promoting health recovery.The rudiments of emotional nursing have been born since the Huangdi Neijing was written.After more than 2,000 years of development,its contents have been constantly enriched,to the Qing dynasty"Shi Ji Yao Yu" a book established the first position of emotional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine nursing,emotional nursing reached the peak of development.However,under the impact of Western medicine,most of the organizations in the system of traditional Chinese medicine have been severely damaged,and emotional nursing is not a survival.With the development of the Comprehensive National Power and the enhancement of national self-confidence,traditional Chinese medicine,with its unique advantages and indomitable vitality,has become the focus of investment in the country’s development.As a small branch of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,emotional nursing has been widely used in clinical practice.With the change of life structure as long as study and work mode,People’s psychological burden has gradually exceeded the limit of carrying capacity,so that various psychological problems have emerged gradually.Under the background of"biological-psychological-social model",the attention to patients’ psychological problems has become an important index to evaluate the medical level.The proportion of psychological nursing in clinical nursing work is also increasing,and emotional nursing which is more in line with the psychological characteristics of Chinese culture has gradually come into people’s vision.According to the basic principle of TCM theory,"holistic concept" regards the patients’ body and mind as a whole part,rather than simply observing the changes brought about by the diseases to the patients’ bodies,pay more attention to the overall feeling of patients in the process of illness,will be people-oriented concept throughout the practice of nursing."treatment based on syndrome differentiation"carefully observes and evaluates the patient’s present situation.Combining the patient’s actual situation to give the patient’s personal highest acceptance level emotion intervention,letting the nursing effect achieve the goal of doing half the work getting double the result.However,there are still many problems in the research and application of emotional nursing.For example,the basic theory of emotional nursing has not formed a system,the historical development of emotional nursing has not been systematically sorted out,the quality and quantity of research literature of emotional nursing theory are at a low level,the clinical application of emotional nursing lacks sufficient human resources,and the professional accomplishment of emotional nursing nurses is not high.The outline of China’s development plan for nursing care,released in 2012,clearly states that the level of TCM nursing should be raised to a higher level,the characteristics of TCM nursing should be highlighted,and the advantages of TCM nursing should be brought into play,in the clinical widely uses the differentiation of symptoms and signs nursing,displays the traditional Chinese medicine nursing strong point in the characteristic specialty.As an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,emotional nursing is also responsible for the development of nursing in China.ObjectiveThe purpose of this article is to establish the development frame of emotional nursing theory by combing the history of emotional nursing,and combine the development experience of psychological nursing and TCM psychology in order to provide valuable suggestions for the development strategy of emotional nursing.MethodLiterature Research Methodology:to search the contents about emotional nursing in the literature which recorded medical knowledge through the ages and consult the related literature in the library of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and the National Library.The related literatures of psychological nursing and TCM psychology were searched by the data system based on China Knowledge Network(CNKI)and PubMed database,the main methods were to input "mental nursing","TCM psychology","nursing AND psychology","psychology AND TCM"in PubMed database,conduct a search on topics,titles,keywords,full text,including all articles from the day the database founded to December 2021,including journal articles and dissertations,51 books related to emotional nursing and TCM psychology and 132 articles related to psychological nursing and TCM psychology were selected.The selected articles were carefully read and analyzed,and then were screened again,selecting literature related to development of emotional nursing,psychological nursing,TCM psychology,using research methods of comprehensive history and philology,in order to summarize the development experience of psychological nursing and TCM psychology,and to provide reference for the development strategy of emotional nursing.Descriptive research method:on the basis of a large number of literature related to emotional nursing,the historical development of emotional nursing was described.Research summative method:on the basis of a large number of psychological nursing and TCM psychology literature,the development process and experience of psychological nursing and TCM psychology were summarized.ResultThe history of emotional nursing:emotional nursing was introduced into the medical field as early as the Western Zhou Dynasty,and the Huangdi Neijing was written in the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period,once published,it marked the initial establishment of emotional nursing.From Han dynasty to Yuan dynasty is the development period of emotional nursing.Emotional nursing appeared in the fields of surgery,gynecology and pediatrics.The Ming and Qing dynasties were the peak period of the development of emotional nursing.Zhang Jiebin formally put forward the word of emotional and enriched the methods of psychotherapy.In Qing dynasty,Shi Ji Yao Yu established the primary status of emotional nursing in TCM nursing.The development process of psychological nursing:Psychological nursing has experienced the development stage from function to integration.At present,there are four factors that affect the development of psychological nursing.The development of TCM Psychology:the development of TCM Psychology has started since ancient times,the Song dynasty to the Yuan dynasty is a brilliant period of TCM psychotherapy.At present,there are five problems restricting the development of TCM Psychology.The development strategy of emotional nursing:the development strategy of emotional nursing includes three dimensions.The first dimension is the development strategy in the field of nursing education,the second dimension is the development strategy in the field of nursing clinical,and the third dimension is the development strategy in the field of nursing research.Conclusion1.The theory of emotional therapy is the rudiment and theoretical basis of modern emotional nursing methods,which was initiated by the book Huangdi Neijing.In the Jin dynasty,emotional nursing was involved in the field of surgery,represented by"Liujuanzi Guiyifang",which put forward the emotional nursing method of traumatic bleeding,and "Zhouhoucujiu Fang",which put forward the emotional nursing method of traumatic bleeding.Sui dynasty completed the book "On the origin of diseases"began to pay attention to the emotional care of women.Qianjin Fang,written in theTang Dynasty,expands the application scope of emotional nursing.From the angle of keeping in good health,the book "keeping in good health",written in Song dynasty,discusses the methods of emotional nursing.The importance of emotional nursing was emphasized in Ge Zhi Yu Lun and surgical essence written in Yuan dynasty.In Ming dynasty,Zhang Jiebin put forward the word of emotion formally for the first time in his works,and expounded the related theory of emotion comprehensively and made some innovations,which enriched the psychotherapy methods.In Qing dynasty,Shi Ji Yao Yu established the primary position of emotional nursing in TCM nursing.2.The development process and shortcomings of psychological nursing:the development of psychological nursing has experienced two stages:function and integration.The current situation of psychological nursing development is that the level of domestic development is lower than that of foreign countries,and the development of domestic lack of standardization,and foreign psychological nursing resources can not be reasonably applied.At present,the problems of psychological nursing development mainly focus on four aspects:imperfect theory system,nonstandard operation procedure,weak professional ability of nursing staff and outmoded management system.3.The development process and shortcomings of TCM Psychology:the Rudiment of TCM Psychology has appeared since the ancient time when the Witch Doctor was a doctor,experiencing the milestone period of Huangdi Neijing,it also ushered in the Song dynasty to the Yuan dynasty Chinese medicine psychological treatment glorious period,the Ming and Qing dynasties Chinese medicine psychological development.At present,there are five problems in the development of TCM Psychology,such as the inaccuracy of ancient literature,the dis-systematization of theoretical research,the lack of scientific operation,the lack of independent practice platform,and the neglect of the construction of weak experimental foundation.4.The development strategy of emotional nursing:Based on the analysis of the limitations of emotional nursing,the development experience of foreign psychological nursing and TCM psychology is used for reference,it is suggested to establish a perfect emotional nursing education system,to improve the professional quality of nursing staff,to develop new methods of emotional nursing,and to keep abreast of theoretical and clinical research.Shortage and ExpectationThe boundary between TCM and nursing in ancient Chinese medical practice was not clear which makes it more difficult to search and distinguish the information in ancient books of emotional nursing from TCM psychology.The related contents of recorded emotion part can be classified into the category of TCM psychology and the part of TCM nursing,which makes it more difficult to search and distinguish the information in ancient books of emotional nursing.Because of the limit of research time,the literature collection quantity is limited,therefore in this paper the partial elaboration and the conclusion also needs the further research and the demonstration.The focus of the medical model has shifted from disease to the patient,and medical activities are no longer focused on reducing or eliminating physical pain,but on the physical and mental health of the patient.As a whole,patients’ psychological and physiological states can influence each other.As a unique nursing method of TCM nursing,emotional nursing can not only alleviate patients’ emotional problems,it can also alleviate physical diseases by adjusting emotional state,which is the application of holistic concept of TCM in nursing practice.In the modern society,where psychological problems are being paid more and more attention by people,emotional nursing,by virtue of its own advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,has brought patients a more humane therapeutic experience in clinical practice,more conducive to the development of patients’ physical and mental health.The research of emotion nursing theory provides support for the development of emotion nursing,which can be better applied in clinic and serve for People’s health. |
