In most parts of our country, bicycles are still widely used as a convenient and fast means of transportation, and the number of bicycles is estimated to have more than 4,with an average of more than 6 million bicycles on the road every day.Due to the large number of bicycles, the complexity of mixed transportation modes, the weak awareness of traffic safety, the imperfect road infrastructure and other restrictive factors,China has a high incidence of automobile bicycle traffic accidents. From the perspective of the victim of the accident, the casualty rate of bicycle users is much higher than that of motor vehicle drivers, which has a great negative impact. In the area of judicial expertise,it is common and difficult to identify whether it is a riding entrustment. At present, injuries found in autopsy, especially riding injuries, are usually used to determine whether they are riding. However, even if you are hit while riding, the probability of typical riding injury is not very high.Even if there is an injury in line with the characteristics of riding injury,it may not be hit while riding.Systematic research on the characteristics of bicycle related traffic accidents and the injury mechanism of bicycle users is of great significance to clarify the causes of accidents, responsibility identification and accident prevention. This study uses the actual case of car bicycle collision to reconstruct the accident process through on-site inspection, accident vehicle inspection and autopsy, and then uses computer virtual collision technology for verification,so as to explore the motion trajectory and injury mechanism of bicycle controller after collision,so as to provide reference basis for the identification of riding/pushing bicycle. The specific research contents are as follows:1.Accident investigation and reconstruction of accident process. This paper summarizes the process and methods of accident investigation and accident information collection, reconstructs the process of PC crash accident through two cases of car bicycle, reconstructs the kinematic response process of collision between car and cyclist, and defines the human motion trajectory of car bicycle. And collation and analysis of the characteristics of the traces of riding and pushing.2.Cadaveric examination and injury analysis using hand-held three-dimensional laser scanner. The methods and key points of cadaver scanning are clarified, and the position comparison methods of body position change, damage and trace in three-dimensional space are discussed.3.Analysis of human injury and injury conditions. The process of car bicycle side impact is discussed.Combined with the collision process and simulation analysis, the human injury parts and injury conditions of cyclists and pushers are discussed.Clarify the trace, the movement track of bicycle and human body, the characteristics of human injury and the injury conditions when the car and bicycle are hit in the exit state of riding/pushing bicycle, and draw the important differences between riding and pushing bicycle. The results show that the use of PC-Crash to reconstruct the accident process reproduces the collision process between a small car and a bicycle, and the simulation results are basically consistent with the actual situation, which proves the reliability of PC crash in reconstructing the accident. At the same time, the research is verified by PC crash, and the simulation results are consistent with the actual case. When the front of a car collides with the side of a bicycle, the formation of human injury is not only related to the speed, but also related to the height of the seat bag of the bicycle, the height and length of the engine cover of the car.The incidence of tibiofibular fracture in cyclists is less than 65%,which is also an important difference between cycling and pushing bicycles. At the same time,it was found that the incidence of displacement(shedding)of the seat bag was greater than 90%when riding.
