With the continuous emergence and wide application of various advanced and sophisticated medical equipment,medical equipment plays an increasingly important role in hospital diagnosis and treatment activities,and the supervision of the clinical application of medical equipment by government departments is becoming increasingly strict.In this regard,the traditional manual management,manual statistics model has been unable to meet the current work requirements for use evaluation,benefit analysis,safety quality control.In recent years,the relevant administrative departments have issued a series of policies and regulations to actively encourage the use of information technology for the whole life cycle management of medical equipment.With the help of information technology,remote monitoring and abnormal alarm can ensure the safe,effective and stable operation of medical equipment,which has significant effects on improving patient safety,improving the use efficiency of equipment and reducing operation and maintenance costs.However,the existing Internet of Things technology at home and abroad is not applied enough in the real-time monitoring,operation evaluation and remote maintenance of medical equipment.At the same time,the data mining of equipment operation status is not deep enough to accurately present the real operation of equipment and evaluate the safety performance of equipment.Based on this,this paper mainly studies a general equipment running state real-time monitoring system.First of all,the Internet of Things was built to obtain the current parameter values of the device under different states and record the operating state of the device.Secondly,the current parameter analysis model of the equipment is constructed to analyze the operating state of the equipment and identify the abnormal state.Thirdly,the design of special software,statistical analysis of the actual running time,effective utilization rate,equipment failure rate,equipment integrity rate,function utilization rate and other indicators.This provides a powerful data base for managers to evaluate equipment performance,develop maintenance strategies,and make asset allocation decisions.Finally,strengthen the monitoring and early warning of the operation status of medical equipment,and give specific maintenance evaluation opinions on the equipment,which is helpful to strengthen the predictive maintenance,avoid unexpected downtime,ensure the equipment opening rate,avoid hospital cross infection,and help the medical department to relieve the pressure of equipment operation and maintenance.The research content of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)Design a general equipment operating status monitoring terminal and operating environment monitoring terminal,and build an intelligent operating status management system of medical equipment.(2)Construct the current model of each device,and use the decision tree algorithm,multi-sensor data fusion algorithm and abnormal data detection algorithm to refine and apply the data.(3)Data application research:data application research is conducted from the aspects of reliability,economic benefits,equipment positioning,use environment,scrap assessment and so on.According to the test run results,the data acquisition terminal can accurately monitor the operating current data and operating environment data of the equipment,and upload the data to the server through the Internet of Things for processing.The accuracy of abnormal data monitoring algorithm can reach 90%,and the accuracy of workload statistics can reach 95%.The accuracy of ambient temperature and humidity is within the sensor deviation range.It can be seen that it is feasible and effective to obtain equipment running state and abnormal state parameters indirectly by monitoring the real-time current generated by equipment running state,which provides a convenient intelligent management tool for medical equipment.
