Objective It is often difficult to control microorganisms in the centralized liquid B supply system of hemodialysis room.The current disinfection method has certain limitations and takes up a lot of engineers’ time.Therefore,it is necessary to design a more effective and convenient liquid supply system to improve the situation.Methods This paper studies the different ways of feed liquid recirculation system at home and abroad and the present situation of disinfection,the analyses of the problems found in use process,has devised a system of online,in addition to ozone,circulation,detection of residual ozone disinfection for B liquid concentrate and back flush function of the system,gives the design idea and the principle diagram of the waterway,the proposal is provided for the selection and application of spare parts,And shared the innovative aspects of the design.Based on the practical application of simulating in the process of mixing liquid,storing liquid and supplying liquid as far as possible,a simple micro device is made in line with the principle of practicality and economy.The effectiveness of some innovative designs and the convenience of all-round disinfection were tested on a miniature device,and the disinfection effect of on-line ozone disinfection was tested through 4 cycles of microbial comparative experiments.Results Ozone on-line disinfection can achieve the effect of oxygen production,dissolved oxygen,oxygen removal and monitoring.After ozone disinfection,the bacterial content of the unit decreased obviously.The data of the two groups before and after disinfection were significantly compared,and the two-factor multilevel analysis of repeated measurement data was calculated with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total ozone disinfection using the miniature model takes about 1/3 of the time of chemical disinfection.Conclusion On-line ozone disinfection centralized liquid supply system is a new type of disinfection system worthy of further study and has certain operability.The centralized liquid B micro device realizes the control requirements of microorganisms in liquid B,improves the pollution status of liquid B,and is more convenient than chemical disinfection.
