The outbreak of the epidemic at the end of 2019 has had a great impact on human social life and brought great challenges to socioeconomic development.In order to better carry out epidemic prevention and control,the development of epidemic management systems has received widespread attention,and the development and application of these systems have played an important role in epidemic monitor and analysis,prevention,control and treatment,and resource deployment.At the same time,most of the epidemic management systems cannot properly protect the privacy of personal data,bringing a large number of incidents of leakage and dissemination of personal privacy data,causing many adverse effects and violating the rights and benefits of the parties involved.Therefore,realizing privacy protection in epidemic management becomes an urgent need.Based on cryptographic techniques such as searchable encryption,national cryptographic algorithms and data integrity verification,this thesis designs and develops a community epidemic information management system with privacy protection to ensure personal privacy data security while playing the role of information technology support.The main work included in this thesis.1.A forward-secure verifiable searchable encryption algorithm is designed.This algorithm adopts the inverted index table in the form of<keyword,person information>as the data organization method,and instantiates it with the national encryption algorithm SM4 and hash algorithm SM3 to achieve efficient retrieval.In particular,this algorithm improves the key evolution method of an existing algorithm and uses only symmetric cipher to achieve key update,which ensures both forward security and good performance of the system in the application.At the same time,this algorithm introduces integrity verification mechanism,which not only ensures the privacy of data but also ensures the integrity of data.2.A privacy-protected community epidemic information management system is designed and implemented.Based on the application scenario of this system and the specific needs of privacy protection,the main functional modules of the system include:system setup,epidemic statistics,epidemic retrieval,quarantine point management and privacy data protection.The system development language is JAVA,Tomcat server is used,RBAC access control model is adopted,and MySQL database is used for storage.3.System performance testing.JMeter is used to test the performance of the system in terms of concurrent user access,data encryption,and cryptographic data retrieval.The exception rate and throughput as well as the comparison test shows that the system meets the actual application requirements.This system is a part of the "Public Service Platform for Medical Data Integration Application with Privacy Protection" in the Shandong Peninsula Development Project,and has been used in the actual epidemic prevention and control work,serving the epidemic prevention and control work of front-line community workers with information technology,managing and maintaining the data collection and classification of "four types of patients" in the community,and providing feedback on the flow of personnel,effectively supporting the community epidemic prevention and control work.
