Research On Refined Logistics Management Of Public Hospitals Under The Background Of COVID-19 Prevention And Control Normalization

At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia has become a global public medical and health crisis.The normalization of the new crown epidemic has brought a lot of problems to the administrative and logistics management of public hospitals in China,but also brought new opportunities,which also highlights the importance of the urgent transition to refined management.Hospital A,as a large Grade III Grade A general hospital in Changchun,Jilin Province,undertakes the construction of a major epidemic treatment base in Jilin Province.Under this background,this paper conducts systematic research and analysis on the refined logistics management of Hospital A,so as to further improve the refined logistics management level of public hospitals,further improve the ability of public hospitals to cope with emergencies,and enable public hospitals to operate in a more efficient,benign and high-quality state in the new epidemic normalization stage.First of all,based on the theory of refined management,the theory of new public services and the theory of optimal allocation of resources,this paper analyzes the concept of refined logistics management in public hospitals.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the logistics department of Hospital A,and points out that Hospital A is gradually improving the logistics management mode after the transformation of the concept of logistics management under the background of the normalization of the new epidemic situation.Secondly,this paper summarized many problems exposed in the fine management of the logistics department of Hospital A under the general environment of normalization of the prevention and control of the new epidemic,and summarized many problems in logistics outsourcing service,information construction,infrastructure construction,talent team management and other aspects of logistics work.Finally,according to the existing problems,we will carry out targeted analysis and research,and put forward feasible suggestions,specifically including improving the awareness of refined logistics management,improving the refined logistics management system,and implementing the control of refined logistics management.It is hoped that through this study,public hospitals can adopt relevant research suggestions to improve the quality of logistics work and provide effective reference for the improvement of the overall epidemic prevention and control level of public hospitals in the future.
