Objective:To analyze the difference of expression levels of EOS,PAF and Cys C in venous blood between children with AH and healthy children, observe the changes of these three indexes before and after operation, explore the relationship between EOS,PAF,Cys C and AH,and verify the possible related mechanism. Then, explore the relationship between allergic factors and AH,and provide the basis for the prevention and accurate treatment of AH diseases according to the difference of these three indexes between AH with allergic rhinitis and non-allergic rhinitis. Methods:Sixty cases of children(adenoid hypertrophy group)who underwent adenoidectomy aged four to twelve were selected as the research object from November 2020 to January 2022 at the qinghai university affiliated hospital, and divided into adenoid hypertrophy with allergic rhinitis group(group with allergic rhinitis)and adenoid hypertrophy were not associated with allergic rhinitis group(without allergic nose)according to whether suffering from AR at the same time.Among them, there were thirty-five children with allergic rhinitis group and twenty-five children without allergic rhinitis group, sixty cases of children who underwent school physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The levels of EOS and Cys C in venous blood were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer and blood biochemical analyzer, and the levels of PAF in venous blood were detected by the ELISA sandwich method. The expressions of EOS,PAF and Cys C in each group and the changes before and after operation were compared, and the differences among each group were analyzed and compared by SPSS.25.0statistical software. Results: 1.The general data of the adenoid hypertrophy group and control group showed that there was no significant difference in sex ratio, age distribution and nationality between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The expression levels of EOS and PAF before operation in the control group and adenoid hypertrophy group were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the expression levels of Cys C between the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The expression levels of EOS and PAF before operation in the group with allergic rhinitis and without allergic rhinitis were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the expression levels of Cys C between the two groups were not statistically significant.3.The expression levels of EOS and Cys C in adenoid hypertrophy group before and after operation were statistically significant(P < 0.05),those in the allergic rhinitis group before and after operation were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and those in non-allergic rhinitis group before and after operation were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The expression levels of EOS and PAF in patients with allergic rhinitis and those without allergic rhinitis were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the expression level of Cys C between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.EOS and PAF are related to allergic reaction, and their expression levels are increased in AH diseases, while adenoidectomy can reduce their expression levels.2.The expression level of Cys C increased after adenoidectomy, which may be related to the aggravation of hypoxia, stress reaction and vascular injury caused by adenoidectomy.3.Allergic reaction is related to AH.After adenoidectomy, children with AH should pay attention to the existence of allergic factors, which can provide some clinical basis for the treatment of allergic drugs for children with AH,and may be of great significance to the prevention, postoperative recovery and reduction of recurrence of AH.
