Objective: To observe and compare the score changes on the Cervical Vertig o Symptom and Function Evaluation Scale(ESCV)and Dizziness Handicap Invento ry(DHI)when micro-needle knife and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo, and to discuss the clinical efficacy of micro-needle knife in the t reatment of cervical vertigo. In order to provide theoretical basis for the optimizatio n of clinical treatment plan of cervical vertigo. Methods: Sixty-six patients with cervical vertigo who met the diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into a micro-needle knife group and a conventional acupuncture group. The micro-acupuncture group was treated twice a week for 2 weeks,a total of 4 times;the conventional acupuncture group was treated 5times a week for a total of 2 weeks,a total of 10 times. The changes of the effective rate,ESCV and DHI scores of the two groups of patients at the same time node before treatment, after treatment, and 3 months after the end of treatment were compared.Statistical analysis is performed on the collected data to draw conclusions. Results: During the treatment,1 cases in the micro-needle knife group fell off,and32 cases were finally included in the analysis;and 2case in the conventional needle group fell out,and 31 cases were finally included in the analysis. At the end of therapy, the whole efficacious grade of the micro-needle knife group was 90.63%;the total effective rate of conventional acupuncture was 80.65%,and the after three months the total effective rate of the micro-needle knife group was 81.25%;the total effective rate of conventional acupuncture was 67.74%.Compared with before treatment the ESCV total scores, dizziness, neck and shoulder pain, headache, everyday life and labor, inner and societal acclimation grades, and DHI scores of the two groups of patients after treatment and 3 months after treatment were improved,P< 0.05.Comparison between groups, after treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment the ESCV total score, dizziness score, neck and shoulder pain score, and DHI score of the patients in the micro-acupuncture group were better than those in the conventional acupuncture group,P<0.05;headache,There was no significant difference between everyday life and labor, inner and societal acclimation grades and the acupuncture group,P>0.05.Conclusion: 1.Both micro-needle knife and conventional acupuncture can treat cervical vertigo, and can improve the accompanying symptoms such as vertigo and neck and shoulder pain in patients with cervical vertigo.2.The long-term and short-term curative effect of micro-needle knife in the treatment of cervical vertigo is superior than that of the conventional acupuncture group, particularly in improving the symptoms of vertigo and neck and shoulder pain in patients with cervical vertigo. |
