Expression Level And Potential Clinical Significance Of IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-10 And TGF-β In HAE And CHB Co-infection

Objective:Through the collection of patient data and detection of serum Th1(IL-2,IFN-γ),Th2(IL-10),Treg(TGF-β)related cytokines,the interaction between the two diseases and the expression levels of three Th cell related factors in HAE and CHB co-infection and their potential clinical significance were analyzed.Methods:Twenty HAE group patients,twenty-three CHB group patients,seventeen HAE+CHB group patients,Twenty healthy people in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research objects.All case data were recorded at the same time.The serum levels of IL-2,IL-10,IFN-γ and TGF-β were detected by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.And statistical analysis was carried out.Results:1.(1)ALT,AST,GGT,TB and DB in CHB and HAE+CHB groups were higher than those in HC group.ALB in CHB group and HAE+CHB group were lower than that in HC group.GLB in HAE group was higher than that in HC group.TBA in HAE+CHB group was surprisingly higher than that in HC group(P<0.05).(2)ALT,AST,TB,DB and TBA in HAE+CHB group were higher than those in HAE group,and ALB was lower than those in HAE group(P<0.05).(3)ALT,AST,TB,DB and TBA in HAE and CHB group were higher than those in CHB group,and ALB was lower than that in CHB group(P<0.05).(4)GLB in CHB group was lower than that in HAE group(P<0.05).2.HBV-DNA quantification(log value)in HAE+CHB group was higher than that in CHB group(P<0.05).3.The long diameter and short diameter of lesions in HAE+CHB group were significantly larger than those in HAE group(P<0.05).4.(1)IL-2:in HAE group and HAE+CHB group,it was lower than that in HC group;HAE+CHB group was lower than CHB group,CHB group was higher than HAE group(P<0.05).(2)IFN-γ : HAE group and HAE+CHB group were lower than HC group,and CHB group was higher than HC group;HAE+CHB group was lower than CHB group;CHB group was higher than HAE group(P<0.05).(3)IL-10:in HAE group,CHB group and HAE+CHB group,it was higher than that in HC group;HAE+CHB group was lower than HAE group,HAE+CHB group was higher than CHB group;HAE group was higher than CHB group(P<0.05).(4)TGF-β : HAE group and HAE+CHB group were higher than HC group;HAE+CHB group was higher than HAE group;HAE+CHB group was higher than CHB group(P<0.05).5.The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in serum of the four groups were negatively correlated(r=-0.627,P<0.05),IFN-γ was negatively correlated with IL-10expression(r=-0.297,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The co infection of HAE and CHB may aggravate the damage of liver function than single infection.2.Hepatic alveolar echinococcus infection may promote virus replication and disease progression in patients with CHB.3.The long diameter and short diameter of HAE patients with HBV infection are larger than those with HAE alone,which may have clinical symptoms earlier,which is related to the choice of treatment methods and affect the prognosis of patients.4.In HAE+CHB patients,Th2 related cytokines induced by Echinococcus multilocularis are dominant and highly expressed.Inhibition of Th1 related cytokines may be one of the immunological mechanisms of mutual promotion after CO infection of the two diseases.5.Compared with the single infection of the two diseases,the co infection of HAE and CHB may accelerate the progress of liver fibrosis.
