Objective: 1.Analyze the correlation of cervicogenic headache caused by abnormal posture, and explore the relationship between cervicogenic headache and ear inclination, cervical curvature, and cervical arc chord distance.2.To analyze the therapeutic effects of different treatment methods on cervical headache. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients diagnosed with cervical headache who visited the Department of Neurology of Baotou Central Hospital of Inner Mongolia from June 2019 to December 2021,and 60 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The two groups were assessed by whole-body posture correction and functional training System(FTS),and were divided into five posture types A,B,C,D and E,among which type A posture was normal.Personnel 2 group were respectively, the measurement of overall posture simple score, double ear, obliquity, double ear hole, thedistance to the shoulder line and line of the subjects are side, double inclined a cervicalvertebra X-ray radiography treatment, using Cobb,Borden of cervical X ray film measuring record, and watch the presence of cervical sequence instability of the disc, rotation, narrow gap, degenerative changes, such as abnormal.Retrospective analysis was made on the efficacy of different treatment methods for cervical headache patients, which were divided into manual treatment group and drug treatment group.Visual analog scale(VAS)score and recurrence rate before and after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results: Compared with normal subjects, there were statistically significant differences in posture ease score,Cobb Angle, left ear inclination, right ear inclination and cervical arc chord distance(p<0.05),by binary Logistic regression analysis, considering that our reference category was the normal control group,we could draw the following conclusions: Compared with the healthy control group, the probability of headache increased by 3.754 times for every 1 point increase in ease of posture score(OR=4.754);For each 1° increase in mean ear Angle, the probability of headache increased 1.509 times(OR=2.509).Cobb Angle and cervical arc chord distance were not independent risk factors for cervical headache(p>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the effective rate of cervical headache patients treated by medicine and manipulation(p<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of drug treatment groupwas significantly lower than that of manual treatment group.VAS scores of patients with cervicogenic headache before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences between the two treatments(p<0.05),and the VAS score decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion: 1.The degree of global postural abnormalities was significantly correlated with the occurrence of cervicogenic headache.2.Ear tilt and easy posture score are of great significance for the diagnosis of cervical headache.3.Compared with drug therapy manual rehabilitation therapy has a more significant effect on patients with cervical headache.
