In the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,the government’s strategic planning is needed at the macro level,and at the micro level,the "preventable,controllable and curable" of chronic diseases also requires individual patients’self-health management,first of all,they should have the corresponding health knowledge and skills.From this perspective,the quality of the health information obtained by the patient determines the effectiveness of disease management.Based on this background,the main work of this paper is as follows.(1)From the perspective of health information needs of patients with chronic diseases,this paper uses text mining technology to identify the topics of online consultation texts of patients with chronic diseases represented by diabetes and hypertension based on LDA model.According to the data analysis,the health information consultation of patients with chronic diseases focuses more on daily management,which is also consistent with the treatment characteristics of chronic diseases.Based on the results of experimental data,a total of six categories of topics for health information needs of chronic disease patients,such as treatment,complications,diet,medication,prevention,and symptoms,were identified.(2)In constructing the health knowledge graph of chronic diseases,for the extraction of unstructured information from medical documents,this paper constructs a knowledge extraction model based on the BilSTM-CRF model of RoBERTa-WWM-ext,and also compares the performance of three different models on public datasets to prove the applicability of the model for medical entity relationship extraction.For web page information extraction,the information is extracted using an lxml-based web crawler parser.After the two parts of knowledge were organized and knowledge merged,the neo4j graph database was used for knowledge graph storage.Finally,the knowledge map of health information of chronic diseases,represented by diabetes and hypertension,covering the health information needs of patients with chronic diseases was constructed.(3)From the perspective of health information needs of patients with chronic diseases,we design a knowledge service model based on chronic disease health knowledge mapping,and implement a sample question and answer function of the core link of chronic disease knowledge service to verify the effectiveness of knowledge mapping for knowledge organization and its practicality in the chronic disease knowledge service system... |
