The Cliniical Effect And The Inflammatory Factors Effect Research Of Cang Er Zi Powder By Nasal Irrigationfor Chronic Rhinosinusitis Treated After Surgery

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect and level of nasal irrigation after Chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:Forty patients from December 2020 to December 2021 who were clearly diagnosed with chronic sinusitis in our otolaryngology department were collected,and randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized number table method.In the group(19 cases),FESS,preoperative and postoperative treatment + nasal irrigation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,The saline group(21 patients)was treated with FESS + preoperative and postoperative routine treatment + postoperative saline nasal irrigation,Symptom scores,visual analog scale(VAS),Lund-Kennedy nasal endoscopic mucosal morphology score,Lund-Mackay score of sinus CT scan,nasal mucosal ciliary transmission function and improvement of inflammatory factors related to T cell secretion in serum were recorded in the two groups,The clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were analyzed at 3 months after surgery,The above data recorded were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)The comparison of general data(including sex,age,duration,BMI),symptom score,nasal endoscopic Lund-Kennedy score,Lund-Mackay score of sinus CT and group comparison of inflammatory factors were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)The symptom scores of patients,visual simulation scale and Lund-Kennedy score of the two groups showed significant differences between groups(P <0.05),indicating that nasal irrigation and saline irrigation had certain therapeutic effect,and the clinical effect of the group was better than that of normal saline group.(3)Three months after the functional nasal endoscopic surgery,both the saline group and the pale-son scattered group could improve the inflammatory factor levels,but there was no significant difference in the improvement between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusions:(1)the clinical effect of the saline and(2)the saline and saline improved the serum levels of inflammatory factors.
