Objective : Through a comparative study between the Robocare whole-course nursing model and the traditional nursing model, the application effect of the Robocare whole-course nursing model in the whole-course nursing of Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic cancer radical resection was discussed, and effective nursing services were provided for cancer patients.Combined with the actual situation of clinical nursing, the clinical application value of Robocare whole-course nursing model in cancer patients undergoing da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection was analyzed through clinical trial research, which provided a reference for improving patients’ quality of life and promoting postoperative recovery. Methods:In this study,112 patients with gastrointestinal and urinary malignancies who met the Na Pai standard in a third class hospital from January to December 2021 were selected.Firstly,74 cases of gastrointestinal malignancies and 38 cases of urinary malignancies were included; Then, using the random number table method, the patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group used the routine nursing mode for intervention, and the experimental group established the robocare nursing group to carry out the whole process nursing from admission to three months after discharge according to the robocare nursing mode. The quality of life one week after operation, the degree of postoperative pain, postoperative hospital stay, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were used as evaluation indexes to collect relevant data.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results:The sample size of this study was 56 patients in each group,a total of 112 patients.During the study, two patients with missing key information, two patients who withdrew from the study and one patient who was transferred to laparotomy were excluded. The final included in the result analysis were 53 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the experimental group,a total of 107 patients.(1)Before the intervention, the general data of the two groups were statistically analyzed by chi square test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the general data(P > 0.05),which was comparable.⑵ The quality of life score does not obey the normal distribution, and the nonparametric rank sum test is used for statistical analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups on the first day of admission(P > 0.05).One week after operation, the scores of functional subscales and overall health in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, insomnia, loss of appetite and diarrhea in the symptom subscale in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group(P < 0.05).In the symptom subscale, the higher the score, the more serious the symptom. That is,one week after operation, the functions, overall health status, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, insomnia, loss of appetite and diarrhea symptoms of the two groups were better than those of the control group. There was no significant difference in constipation, shortness of breath and economic difficulties(P > 0.05).⑶ Repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare the pain scores of the two groups one day, three days and seven days after operation. The difference was statistically significant. The difference of intervention factors between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant, and there was interaction between intervention factors and time factors. The results showed that under the influence of time factor, the degree of pain would vary with different intervention methods(P < 0.05).(4)The postoperative hospitalization days did not obey the normal distribution, and the nonparametric test was used for statistical analysis. The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.001).(5)The incidence of complications was statistically analyzed by chi square test. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P = 0.034).(6)the score of nursing satisfaction obeyed the normal distribution and was statistically analyzed by t-test.The results showed that the score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.001).Conclusion : The application of Robocare nursing model in the whole nursing intervention of Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of cancer can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve nursing satisfaction. To promote postoperative recovery of patients and provide high-quality nursing services for patients,it is worthy of clinical application. |
