Objective To summarize the clinical effect and explain the mechanism of promoting wound healing and regulating growth factor level of perianal abscess by the method of supporting sores and generating muscle. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,80 hospitalized patients with perianal abscess in the Department of anorectal of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with oral Tori disinfection powder, intravenous antibiotics, dressing change of wound,Chinese medicine sitting bath, etc. The control group was treated with intravenous antibiotics, dressing change of wound and Chinese medicine sitting bath. The treatment course was 3 weeks.Temperature score, pain score, wound area reduction rate, wound exudation, white blood cell count, percentage of neutrophil, positive rate of VEGF and positive rate of FGF in 2 groups were observed.Data were collected for statistical analysis, and the study results were analyzed and discussed. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age, type of perianal abscess, bacterial culture of pus and overall efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. There was no significant difference in body temperature score and temperature change during observation between 2 groups(P>0.05).The wound pain score of the two groups was significantly different on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05),and the pain in the treatment group was lighter than that in the control group. The wound reduction rate between the two groups was statistically significant on the 14th and 21st day after surgery(P<0.05),and the wound healing in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group. The wound exudation of the two groups was significantly different on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).The wound exudation of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. The WBC count of the two groups was statistically significant on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05),and the WBC count of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The percentage of neutrophils in the two groups was statistically significant on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05),and the percentage of neutrophils in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group. The positive rate of FGF and VEGF in 2 groups showed no significant difference on postoperative days 7,14 and 21(P>0.05).The positive rate of FGF and VEGF in the two groups on the 7th,14th and 21st days after surgery was significantly different from that on the 14th and21st days(*P<0.001).There was statistically significant difference between the 14th and 21st postoperative days(~△P<0.001),indicating that the positive rate of FGF and VEGF was the highest and growth factor secretion was the most vigorous on the 7th postoperative day.The positive rate gradually decreased on the 14th and 21st postoperative days, and was the lowest on the 21st postoperative day.Conclusion1.Traditional Chinese medicine support therapy can relieve the inflammatory reaction of the body after perianal abscess surgery, reduce the pain degree of the patient’s wound, reduce the exudation of wound secretions, and promote the speed of wound healing.2.The mechanism of wound repair of perianal abscess after TCM support therapy is mainly realized by supplementing qi and blood, supporting poison to collect sore, removing blood stasis and creating new.
