| Objective: To observe the clinical effect Renying point acupuncture radiofrequency ablation ablation in patients with AF.The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Renying point for patients with af after radiofrequency ablation,and evaluate the improvement of TCM syndrome score,heart-related indicators and quality of life of such patients treated by acupuncture at Renying point,so as to broaden the idea of acupuncture for clinical treatment of AF.Methods: This study included a total of 54 patients who met the criteria after catheter ablation of af,and it’s separated by chance Treatment group and control group according to randomization method,with 27 patients in both groups.Two groups of medications on a regular basis and in acupuncture treatment group people on both sides to meet hole for acupuncture treatment and control group in bilateral people meet point sham acupuncture treatment,two groups are 6 weeks before the total course of treatment 2 times per week,last 6weeks treatment once a week,the total course of 12 weeks,a total of 18 times,each time 30 minutes long treatment time.Scores of TCM syndromes,scores of atrial fibrillation related symptoms and safety were evaluated before and after treatment,respectively.Changes in heart rate variability,average heart rate and percentage of onset time of atrial arrhythmia were evaluated before and after treatment by wearing ultra-long duration dynamic electrocardiogram recorder,and statistical analysis was conducted on the evaluation indexes.Results:1 Baseline comparison: Before treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of gender,age,risk factors,accompanying diseases and other general information,as well as the baseline data of TCM syndrome score,atrial fibrillation-related symptoms score,heart rate variability,average heart rate,and the percentage of atrial arrhythmia onset time.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.2 Comparison of TCM syndrome score:Internal comparison between the two groups:The TCM syndrome scores of the control group and the treatment group showed a downward trend after treatment and before this,and These differences are statistically important.(p<0.001).Comparison between the two groups:the decreasing trend of TCM syndrome integral The value of medical units before and after treatment was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two was statistical.(p<0.05).3 Comparison of heart rate variabilityIntra-group comparison: The r-MSSD and SDANN indexes in both groups increased after treatment compared with before treatment,and between the two size was statistically clear(p<0.001).The SDNN index of both groups increased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically clear(p< 0.05).The different in PDNN50 after treatment and prior treatment was not statistically clear.(p > 0.05).Inter-group comparison: The r-MSSD index in the treatment group was lowerin the post-treatment control group,and the difference was statistically clear.(p < 0.05).There were no significant difference in SDNN,SDANN and PDNN50 between the two different group after treatment(P > 0.05).4 Comparison of average ventricular rate within the groupThe index value of mean ventricular rate of the treatment group and the control group after treatment decreased compared with that of the two groups before treatment,and the difference of decrease was statistically significant(P<0.001);After the treatment,the data of mean ventricular rate showed that the indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).5 Comparison of the percentage of onset time of atrial arrhythmias between the two groupsThe two groups compared themselves: After treatment,the incidence percentage of atrial arrhythmia was observed in both groups,and it was found to be higher than that in both groups before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The two groups were compared with each other: After treatment,it was found that there was no statistical significance in the percentage of atrial arrhythmia attacks between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).6 AFEQT scale score comparisonIntra-group comparison: After treatment,the total score of scale,symptom dimension,daily activity dimension,anxiety dimension and treatment satisfaction dimension in 2 groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.001).After treatment,it was found that the total score of scale and symptom dimension in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p< 0.05);After treatment,it was found that the score index of anxiety dimension in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically clear(p < 0.001);After treatment,we have found that there was no statistically clear difference between the two indexes of daily activities and treatment satisfaction in the treatment group and the control group(p > 0.05).7 Comparison of clinical efficacy between two groups after treatmentAfter statistical analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 80.77%,and the healing rate was 26.92%;The data of the control group at the end of the treatment cycle showed that the effective rate of this group was 38.46%,and the improvement rate was 11.54%;Further statistical analysis of the above data showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1 Acupuncture at Renying point can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation,effectively improve the scores of TCM syndromes,atrial fibrillation-related symptoms and average heart rate,and improve the autonomic nerve function of patients,The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the
