Research On Optimization Of Inventory Management Of S Internet Hospital Based On VMI

Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus,great changes have taken place in all walks of life.Many offline businesses have moved online.Hospitals have also kept pace with the times and actively used the Internet to expand their functions.In the medical industry with scarce resources,how to maximize the utility of its resources and improve the overall efficiency of the hospital has always been a problem that the medical industry needs to solve.Enterprises generally have the phenomenon of "bullwhip effect" in inventory management,which weakens the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.The bullwhip effect makes the inventory in the entire supply chain too large,resulting in high capital occupation costs and reduced enterprise operation efficiency.Internet hospital inventory management is not only facing the status quo of the bullwhip effect,but also how to use inventory data to standardize and accurately manage inventory.Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)is a warehouse management theory that combines upstream suppliers and downstream enterprises to manage inventory together,which can effectively solve problems such as inventory backlog,inaccurate forecast of future inventory,and non-standard inventory management.Firstly,the current situation of the inventory management of S Internet Hospital is described from the aspects of system,organizational structure and inventory performance.Summarize and extract the problems of inventory management,such as incomplete inventory management system,lack of supervision of inventory in and out,excessive inventory purchase,and low inventory turnover.Then,through in-depth analysis of the inventory management problems of S Internet hospitals,combined with the actual situation of the company,weighing the pros and cons of each inventory management method,the vendor managed inventory(VMI)was selected to solve the inventory management problems faced by Internet hospitals.Finally,according to the VMI implementation steps,the organizational structure and system optimization design,the selection of drugs for VMI implementation based on the ABC classification method,the signing of cooperation agreements with suppliers based on VMI,the construction of a big data sales forecasting system,the construction of an invoicing and inventory procurement management system,and the The supplier docking business process and other aspects to optimize the design of the S Internet hospital inventory management plan,and finally solve the problems faced by the Internet hospital.Due to the large amount of orders and the large amount of data in Internet hospitals,and medicines are also relatively special commodities,inventory management needs to be precise.Through the practical application of VMI,combined with the system built on the Internet platform,big data can be effectively used for precise inventory management.The application and calculation of the S Internet hospital that implements the VMI model inventory management shows that the hospital inventory management system is improved,it can effectively supervise the in and out of inventory drugs,solve the problem of excessive procurement of hospital drugs,improve the hospital inventory turnover rate,suppliers and hospitals.Operating costs drop.This paper studies the inventory management of S Internet hospitals through the application of VMI,and provides reference experience for other emerging Internet hospitals in inventory management.
