With the deepening of the aging of the world population and the universality of the shortage of medical resources,social pension puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency and quality of medical care.The elderly’s demand for medical care is gradually rising,and social medical resources are difficult to meet their needs.Home health care model is a new medical model.Its purpose is to provide medical services for patients at home.Home health care can not only reduce the possible secondary injury caused by patient transfer,but also alleviate the shortage of medical resources such as hospital beds.With the rapid development of economy,the demand for c care services in the medical industry in various countries is increasing.Foreign countries have developed a relatively perfect home nursing and medical industry.In addition,with the continuous development of home health industry,in order to reduce the cost of home health services and improve the quality of services,foreign scholars have carried out extensive research on home health care.In recent years,Chinese hospitals,enterprises and scholars have also begun relevant practical exploration and academic research.Therefore,this paper studies the resource and path scheduling in home health care.In order to ensure the satisfaction of customers and service staff,the randomness of service time and driving time is considered,and the differential demand of patient demand level and the workload balance demand of medical staff are taken into account.In addition,in order to ensure customer satisfaction and take the customer’s demand for time window into account,the routing and scheduling problem of home health and nursing staff with time window and random travel time and service time is studied.According to the characteristics of the problem,a mathematical model to minimize the service cost is established.To solve the above problems and mathematical models,this paper designs a hybrid immune algorithm based on adaptive crossover operator,which can effectively inhibit population degradation and premature convergence.The simulated annealing mechanism is embedded in the algorithm to enhance the local search ability.In order to improve the speed and accuracy of solving the random model,the algorithm is combined with Monte Carlo simulation and solved by multiple sampling to obtain the mean value,To increase the feasibility of the algorithm.In addition,in order to improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm and ensure the fairness of the algorithm,the valuation times are used as the stop condition of the algorithm.At the end of the paper,a test example is established to investigate the performance of the algorithm,and the hybrid immune algorithm is compared with the traditional algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed model and algorithm are very effective for solving the path and scheduling problem of home health care resources.Through the research on the background and mode of home health care,this paper establishes the path and scheduling problem of home health nursing staff,and optimizes their service plan according to the nursing skills of each service staff.Its purpose is to design a nursing allocation,so as to reduce the enterprise operation cost under the condition of minimizing the violation of time window,balancing the workload of nursing staff and meeting the needs of patients.
