| ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of serum Autotaxin(ATX)and Lysophospholipids(LPA)in patients with pancreatic cancer and their clinical significance in the diagnosis of resectable pancreatic cancer and borderline resectable pancreatic cancer.Methods32 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected.11 patients with resectable pancreatic cancer and borderline resectable pancreatic cancer(operable group),21 patients with non resectable pancreatic cancer(non operative group),29 patients with chronic pancreatitis and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the research subjects.Serum ATX and LPA were detected by ELISA,the levels of serum ATX and LPA were compared between each group, the working characteristic curves of subjects with serum ATX,LPA and CA19-9 levels were drawn, the specificity and sensitivity were calculated, and the correlation between clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.ResultsSerum ATX levels in pancreatic cancer group, operable group,non-operable group, chronic pancreatitis group and healthy control group were 85.80(58.39,94.42)ng/ml 、64.26(47.18,86.25)ng/ml 、 90.29(69.16,103.79)ng/ml 、 46.47(41.88,56.58)ng/ml 、 44.50(41.75,46.63)ng/ml,Serum LPA level were4.86(4.02,5.79)ng/ml 、 4.38(3.36,5.18)ng/ml 、5.34(4.32,5.97)ng/ml、3.25(2.48,4.09)ng/ml、3.14(2.44,3.60)ng/ml.The levels of serum ATX and LPA in the operable group were higher than those in the chronic pancreatitis group and the healthy control group, and the levels of serum ATX and LPA in the non operable group were higher than those in the operable group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of serum ATX,LPA,CA19-9 and ATX combined with LPA for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were 80.6%,75.0%,77.8%,88.0%,and the specificity was 81.7%,90.0%,86.3%,92.1%,respectively.The sensitivity was 80.0%,75.3%,76.5%,85.7%,and the specificity was 82.3%,84.0%,82.3%,88.7%.The high level of serum ATX in patients with pancreatic cancer is related to distant metastasis, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05),and the high expression of LPA is related to distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Serum ATX and LPA levels were significantly increased in patients with pancreatic cancer, and were closely related to distant metastasis, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.2.Serum ATX,LPA and their combination can be used as biomarkers for predicting resectable and borderline resectable pancreatic cancer. |
