| In recent years,China’s pharmaceutical industry has been exposed to more and more problems such as single marketing model,low efficiency of drug circulation and lagging supervision.In order to achieve sustainable and stable development,pharmaceutical companies urgently need digital transformation.Therefore,this paper analyzes and designs a intelligent pharmaceutical platform that can fully coordinate big data analysis and pharmaceutical industry data fusion for pharmaceutical companies.This platform is divided into three subsystems: distributed flow data management subsystem,pharmaceutical industry data management subsystem,and pharmaceutical terminal intelligent analysis subsystem,which are respectively used for data acquisition,preprocessing,storage;data cleaning,master data management;data calculation and visualization.In terms of data acquisition,in order to obtain a more comprehensive drug flow,on the basis of conventional client-side collection procedures,a variety of data acquisition methods have been developed,such as FTP,SFTP,etc.,which lowers the threshold for pharmaceutical distributor to upload data.In terms of data storage,combined with traditional database technology and memory storage,object storage,real-time data warehouse and other technologies,a more suitable solution for business data is designed.In terms of data cleaning,in view of the problem that cleaning the dirty data of pharmaceutical terminals takes a lot of time and manpower,based on the experience of using historical matching,this paper designs a pattern-matching algorithm to learn manual processing rules in real time,and then uses natural language processing technology such as Word2 vec to perform semantic processing.The analysis finally reduces the manual workload,ensures the accuracy and improves the data cleaning efficiency.In terms of master data management,it integrates flow data with geographic,industrial and commercial information,and defines multi-dimensional pharmaceutical terminal and product master data;more accurate and standardized industry master data is formed through data deduplication and quality inspection.In terms of data calculation and visualization,a specific terminal portrait for the pharmaceutical field was constructed,and an evaluation system such as terminal structure and drug circulation channels was designed.After evaluation and online use,the platform has achieved the expected functions,and the service continues to operate stably.It has provided the China Association of Pharmaceutical Commerce with solutions for managing standard industry data.In addition,in-depth cooperation with a number of pharmaceutical companies has adjusted their marketing models,achieved a rapid increase in the coverage of their pharmaceutical terminals,and a significant increase in the market share of leading products,and solved the operational pain point of chaotic drug circulation channels. |
