| Objective: This clinical observation elucidates the clinical efficacy of Chongcao Baoshen Decoction plus keel and oyster,by observing the changes of various indicators before and after treatment in chronic kidney disease(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp-turbidity internal type)patients with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Provide clinical evidence for the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic kidney disease with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Methods: In this clinical observation,60 patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp-turbidity internal type)with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism were collected from the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Tenth Department of Nephrology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.and were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients,and the control group of 30 patients.The control group received conventional basic treatments,The course of treatment is three months,Zhenmu Shenggu Capsules were used on the basis of this conventional basic treatments,0.63 g at a time,three times a day,;the treatment group was given Chongcao Baoshen Decoction plus keel and oyster on the basis of this conventional basic treatments;the indicators were recorded before and after treatment.TCM symptom scores and clinical symptoms of the two groups were also recorded before and after treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chongcao Baoshen Decoction plus keel and oyster on chronic kidney disease(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp-turbidity internal type)with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Results: The research time of this clinical observation was 3 months.The following results were obtained by comparing the indicators before and after treatment.(1)Clinical comprehensive curative effect: The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,which was better than that of the control group with an overall effective rate of 50%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Curative effect of TCM syndromes: The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 80%.the overall effective rate in the treatment group was 50%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)The efficacy of improving renal function: The serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,and 24-hour urine protein in the treatment group were significantly decreased,and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly increased.The the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of lowering serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine protein in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.(4)The curative effect of ameliorating calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder: The blood phosphorus and blood parathyroid hormone in the treatment group were significantly decreased,and the blood calcium was significantly increased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the curative effect was significantly better than that of the control group。(5)Safety evaluation: After treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in the blood and urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,liver function and other indicators of the two groups of patients,and no adverse events were found during the experiment,such as rash,abdominal pain,allergy,etc.It indicates that this experiment has security guarantee.Conclusion:(1)Chongcao Baoshen Decoction plus keel and oyster can effectively improve the renal function of chronic kidney disease(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp-turbidity internal type)patients with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and the effect is better than that of the control group.(2)Chongcao Baoshen Decoction plus keel and oyster can effectively ameliorate calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder and reduce the level of parathyroid hormonein in chronic kidney disease(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp-turbidity internal type)patients with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism.The effect is better than that of the control group.(3)Chongcao Baoshen Decoction plus keel and oyster can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of TCM in chronic kidney disease(spleen-kidney deficiency,damp-turbidity internal type)patients with disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and the effect is better than that of the control group. |
