Clinical Application Of Multi-needle Injection With Hyaluronic Acid Alone Or Combined With Botulinum Toxin In Facial Rejuvenation

Objective Through the facial comparison test of the application of multi-needle injection with hyaluronic acid alone and combined with botulinum toxin,by using Think View image skin detector to do multidimensional observation and evaluation of the facial "premature senility" state of patients,investigate the satisfaction after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions.We hope to provide a more objective and accurate evaluation method for clinical efficacy and improve the satisfaction of patients.Methods Prospective randomized controlled trial,through the comparison test of the application of multi-needle injection with hyaluronic acid alone and combined with botulinum toxin,on the basis of the traditional evaluation method(naked eye judgment of skin improvement),Think View skin detector was used to record the emmethemic,left and right images.The Global Beauty Improvement Scale(GAIS)was used by two professional dermatologists to judge skin roughness.Parallel polarized light,cross polarized light,mixed near infrared light,near infrared light,ultraviolet light,warm color light,such as integrated optical imaging mode objective analysis measurement before and after the treatment of facial skin pigment,pores,wrinkles,porphyrins,inflammation,area,inflammation,concentration,brown area,such as seven evaluations,and then do the data analysis,at the same time cooperate with the investigation of guest satisfaction.Results The roughness scores of both the single treatment group and the combined treatment group improved at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.The roughness scores of the combined treatment group,which got 3.01±0.87 points,decreased to 1.95±0.81 points at 2 weeks,1.61±0.55 points at 4 weeks,while the treatment group alone,got2.90±0.84 points decreased to 1.94±0.81 points at 2 weeks and 1.83±0.73 points at4 weeks.Roughness score of the combined treatment group was better than that of the single treatment group at 4 weeks(P < 0.05).The improvement of wrinkles in the combined treatment group was better than that in the single treatment group at 2weeks after treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of pores and wrinkles in the experimental group at 4 weeks after treatment was better than that in the single treatment group(P < 0.05).Both the experimental group and the single treatment group had higher satisfaction,and there was no significant difference between them(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Both the single treatment and the combined treatment can effectively improve skin aging,in which the combined treatment is superior to the single treatment in the improvement of skin fine lines and pores,and there is no statistical difference in adverse reactions between them.With the help of Think View skin detector to objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of mesoderm,patients have high satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
