| With the steady development of my country’s overall medical and health undertakings,the issue of grassroots medical construction has attracted much attention.Medical and health professionals are the most important and core element to improve the level of primary medical and health care.The quantity and quality of medical and health professionals are related to the future development direction of primary medical and health care.In recent years,the L city government of Guangdong Province has attached great importance to the training of grassroots medical and health personnel and the construction of the talent team.From the institutional point of view,a series of policies introduced have greatly encouraged the introduction and training of medical and health personnel.However,the level of development of primary medical care in L City still needs to be improved,and many problems still arise,which require us to conduct in-depth research and analysis.As the grassroots of first-tier cities,retaining talents for the grassroots medical and health services of L City is of great significance to its own social and economic development.This article selects L City,Guangdong Province as the research site,and analyzes the current medical and health personnel introduction and talent training measures and specific effects in L City through field investigations on the current talent status of primary medical care,combined with specific policies and systems and other relevant information.The problems and the reasons are explained,and the corresponding solutions are proposed according to each problem in a targeted manner.Not only can the research methods such as literature materials,field investigations,visits and observations be used,but also the current status of the primary medical and health development in L City,Guangdong Province.Under the guidance of theory,we will explore the current problems in the introduction and training of grassroots medical and health personnel in L City from the multiple perspectives of the government,units,and departments,and discover the deficiencies in its policy and system formulation,process system,and compilation rate.And based on specific data and reliable information to analyze and summarize,and put forward feasible and evidence-based solutions,in order to improve the status quo of the grassroots in L City that cannot retain medical and health talents and optimize talents through this research.Introduce measures and effects,and better improve the construction of the grassroots medical and health personnel system,so that the grassroots medical and health development in L City will be supported by the core competitiveness of talents,people-oriented,and fundamentally improve the current primary medical and health development.The status quo of the shortcomings.Guidance from many aspects,combined with a variety of specific ways,to improve the service level of the grassroots medical and health service institutions in L City,to a certain extent,it can also improve the comprehensive work ability of the grassroots medical and health workers,and support and train them in many aspects.Adjusted the structure of grassroots health talents,played a positive role in guiding,as well as the positive leading role of the incentive system,and promoted the development of the overall medical and health undertakings in L City. |
