Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Sensitization In Patients With Mastalgia

Objective:To observe acupoint morphology sensitivity and pain sensitivity in patients with mastalgia and summarize the law of sensitization points;compare the pain thresholds of patients at various acupoints under different conditions,and analyze the correlation between disease development and acupoint pain thresholds,guide the formulation and optimization of clinical treatment plan.Methods:According to the diagnosis criteria of mastalgia,include 103 patients with mastalgia and 30 healthy subjects.Detect the shape sensitive points and pain sensitive points in patients with mastalgia.Measure the pain thresholds of the patients and healthy subjects by a hand-held pressure meter,compare pain thresholds between patients and healthy subjects;Compare the difference of pain threshold patients with different stages of disease,mass grade and pain degree.Results:1.The non-correlated meridian acupoint sensitization of mastalgia patients are mostly distributed in the breast and the projection area of the breast in dorsal.2.In the pressing pain exploration of mastalgia patients related points,the acupoints near the breast which sensitivity rate were higher,the acupoints were locted in arms and legs which sensitivity rate were lower.3.The pain thresholds of Wuyi(bilateral),Ying Chuang(bilateral),Danzhong,Rugen(bilateral),Qimen(bilateral),Hegu(bilateral),Tianzong(bilateral),Ganshu(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral),Tianxi(bilateral),and Geshu(bilateral)in patients with mastalgia were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects(P<0.05);4.There was no significant difference in the pain threshold of each acupoint between cyclic and non-cyclic mastalgia patients(P<0.05);5.The pain thresholds of Wuyi(bilateral),Ying Chuang(bilateral),Danzhong,Rugen(bilateral),Qimen(bilateral),Hegu(bilateral)and Tianzong(bilateral)in patients with different stages of mastalgia,different grades of mass and different degrees of pain there were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.There were obvious pain sensitization and morphological sensitization in patients with mastalgia.2.Wuyi(bilateral),Ying Chuang(bilateral),Danzhong,Rugen(bilateral),Qimen(bilateral),Hegu(bilateral),Tianzong(bilateral),Ganshu(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral),Tianxi(bilateral),and Geshu(bilateral)are sensitive acupoints of mastalgia.3.The shape sensitivity and pain sensitivity of patients with mastalgia are concentrated in meridians points,mainly belonging to the stomach channel of foot-yangming,spleen channel of foot tayin and Jueyin liver meridian of foot.The distribution location is mainly distributed in the breast and the projection area of the breast in dorsal.4.The length of the disease,breast mass grade and pain score of patients with mastalgia are correlated with the pain threshold of relevant acupoints,and the duration of the disease,the classification of the breast mass and the change of the pain degree will lead to the dynamic change of the pain threshold of the relevant acupoints.
