Research On Financial Diagnosis Of C-MER Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

In recent years,private hospitals have been in a new wave of development.On the one hand,With the improvement of medical technology level,people’s health awareness and medical service demand,the development of China’s healthcare industry has made great progress,the medical level,and the number of patients in private hospitals have also been improved at the meantime.On the other hand,the state has increased policy support for nongovernmental hospital since new medical reform in 2012 so that the external market environment of private hospitals has been further improved.Facing the national strategic choice in speeding up the development of medical and health,private hospitals should enhance financial management ability,in order to improve competitiveness and achieve stable development.In the financial diagnosis and analysis of enterprises,quantitative analysis methods are generally used to analyze the financial data and indicators of enterprises,but a single quantitative analysis often unable to fully reflect the operating conditions of enterprises.We need to combine the strategic objectives and development status of the enterprise,qualitatively analyze the market environment and industry status of the enterprise,carry out comprehensive financial diagnosis of the enterprise in order to play the important role of financial diagnosis in predicting the development prospect and guiding the strategic planning of the enterprise.Financial statements are also essential,which can reflect the asset composition,profitability and cash use of an enterprise in a certain period of time.At present,the managers and external information users of enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the quality of the information disclosed in the financial statements.Combining the detailed financial data and external non-financial information are helpful for us to understand the business status and financial problems of the enterprise,so as to optimize the financial management.Firstly,this paper introduces the background to the study,and gives a brief explanation to the development process of private hospitals in China under the guidance of policies,and focuses on the main contents and important influences of different policies in different periods since the new medical reform,expounds the significance of the financial diagnosis under the framework of haver analysis based on the policy bonus period,and introduces the research ideas and methods.Secondly,through literature research,this paper reviews domestic and international research results about the theory of financial diagnosis and Harvard analytical framework system,introduces the objectives and main contents of financial diagnosis,the common methods of financial diagnosis and the main contents of Harvard analysis framework,and introduces the analysis steps of Harvard Analysis Framework in detail,expounds the significance of the combination of strategic analysis and financial statement analysis.Then this paper makes a diagnosis and analysis of the research object C-MER,and divided this part into five parts: The first part is a brief introduction to C-MER and its financial status;The second part is a qualitative analysis of the development environment and the strength of CMER;The third and fourth parts use quantitative analysis method to interpret the financial statement data of C-MER from 2016 to 2020,evaluate the enterprise’s financial management level and development ability through financial indicators.The fifth part,combined with the results of strategic analysis and financial analysis,predicts the enterprise development prospects,operational risks and financial prospects.Finally,this paper diagnoses the financial problems in the process of enterprise development from a strategic perspective,and puts forward suggestions and safeguard measures,hoping to help C-MER obtain a new development momentum,and provide reference for the financial diagnosis research of other private hospitals.
