| Objective: To study the clinical effect of compound probiotics on patients with colorectal cancer after surgical treatment. Methods: ninety-eight patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery from February 2020 to February 2022 in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of.Patients were divided into intervention group(n=50)and control group(n=48)by random number table method. On two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative day 1,3,5 days of the nuclear spindle coli,Bifidobacterium, lactobacillus,CRP,TNF alpha,IL-6,IgA,IgG,IgM,hospitalization expenses, weight loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative defecation time, length of hospital stay, postoperative intestinal obstruction, infection of incision,to evaluate anastomotic value. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the presence of Clostridium difficile,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus between the two groups before surgery On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery, probiotics(Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus)in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, while pathogens(Clostridium difficile)were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 between 2 groups before and 1 day after surgery. On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery,CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in IgA,IgG and IgM between 2 groups before surgery and 1 day after surgery. On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery,IgA,IgG and IgM in intervention group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The exhaust time, defecation time and hospital stay in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The weight loss and hospitalization cost in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The incidence of intestinal obstruction, incision infection, anastomotic fistula and other complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of compound probiotics in colon cancer patients after surgical treatment is significant, which can not only reduce postoperative inflammatory reaction, but also improve immune indicators, which is worth learning, and can shorten the time of exhaust defecation, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the treatment cost,so it confirms the clinical value of this method. |
